Put in my order, didn't ask for any contact info or anything because I paid through PayPal. Site did not ask me to create an account. A couple days later I didn't receive a confirmation order or order number. Transaction went through my credit card. Now I have no idea where to find me order number because it didn't tell me to create an account. Also contacted zaful about this through email and Facebook messenger but they are very bad at following up

Ordered a maxi dress for my wife.The dress was very nice but the fabric was like synthetic giving a little it harsh feeling.So I requested to return the dress. To my surprise, Zaful gave coverage under their Buyer Protection Policy and refunded the full amount without even returning the dress to them. They requested me to give the dress to charity or someone else who may need the dress if it were convenient for me. I just requested return as I usually do to other company without even knowing their buyer protection policy but what I got was truly amazing-a FANTASTIC customer service. I highly recommend Zaful for your fashion shopping as I am sure unlike many others Zaful will take care of you if you are not satisfied with your shopping. By the way, I gave the dress to someone who needed that.

I ordered 2 dresses and a set of lace bra and panty. The dresses had overall good quality and are perfect for summer. They looked almost the same as in the picture, just a little bit different but not so much. The delivery time was really good, no issues at all. I really like the service of zaful a lot, totally recommend it.

I'm an avid social media user and I have come across many bikini brands on sites like Instagram that I just can't afford on a college budget. My roommate introduced me to Zaful and I've been hooked ever since. Processing and shipping does take a while but I've been happy with their products so far. I'm also really impatient and their customer services have always been really helpful. Just a heads up that they do run a little small so make sure to check out their size guide and read other users' reviews to help you find the right fit!

LOVE this app/website. I've ordered multiple times from them now and haven't been disappointed yet! Usually you sacrifice quality when you pay a low price for something on most of the other apps, this is NOT the case with Zaful. The clothing is affordable AND great quality. I will definitely continue ordering from them.

The customer service is really great, they reply right away to me. I was not satisfied with some of the products that I ordered and they offered to refund my money for those purchases and I get to keep the clothes as an exceptional offer (maybe because it was my first time ordering from them).

Product quality differs from one to another, so that's one thing you have to keep in mind.
Shipping was quite fast for me too, probably because I live in Japan (and they use JP Post, and Japanese postal service is really good) which is close to China where they ship their stuffs.

Overall I am really pleased with my shopping experience at Zaful.

Ordered some bathing suits for an upcoming vacation I had. I did my research prior to get a better idea on sizing, shipping time, and quality so there were no surprises. I received the suits and the quality was a lot better then expected especially due to the price. After receiving my first bundle, I decided to order more because I was so happy with my first purchase. Even when one of the suits came in too small Zaful's Customer Service was right on top of it and resent me a new size for no charge. I also branched out from their suits and ordered a belt which looks very high end. Will continue to order more from this site and recommend to anyone!

I ordered from Zaful about a year ago and it was a truly wonderful experience. Their customer service is amazing and they reply very quickly with their 'ticket' system. The bathing suits I ordered are cheap and flattering, the only slight concern I had was the quality of the fabric but that can be avoided so long as you research the materials of each product (it's listed in the description). Make sure you look at the sizing chart and other reviews before you make any final decisions and you'll have a wonderful experience. Plus there are lot of YouTube video reviews so you can also see what a lot of the clothing looks like on real life people too- not just models. Shipping does take kind of a long time but thats very obviously due to location and its a very molinor inconvinence given the end result. Zaful is becoming more and more popular for a reason and with growth in size comes growth in their quality aswell. (Note: these opinions are completely my own.)

Very pleased with the products, payment and customer service. Order took a while, but I loved the bikinis so thats okay!

I've known about Zaful for a long time and I've never purchased anything because at first I thought that the low prices would mean low quality. I finally purchased two bikinis from their site in May and the quality of both of them is great. I have only worn one of them swimming so far but I can't wait to wear the other. Definitely recommend this website for people on a budget like me.

Okay, so the title is a little dramatic but it definitely has been an awful experience. I guess it's the truth when they say "you get what you pay for." The quality is definitely not as great as it appears to be in pictures as well in the patterns, but more importantly, the sizing is completely inaccurate. For example, my sister usually wears a size small but ordered mediums just in case and watching her try them on is laughable. I am literally looking at her laughing... (but trying not cry as we spent quite a lot of money on these suits). She is a small girl and the bottoms are cutting off her circulation. I tried calling customer service right away but the number they provide does not go through. The only thing I suppose I can hope for now is that our 10 year old cousin likes cheeky bottoms because she will now be getting bathing suits for her next two birthdays.

I'm in love with Zaful, the only bad thing is they sent my package in 2 parts, the second one arrived and the first one got lost at my countries mail! So, I opened a ticket with Zaful and told them what happened, they were very kind and offered a refund of 50% of what I paid, which was perfect because I got half of my order, OR to send it again for free! I asked them to send it again and they did, and it actually came faster this time, in 2 weeks, my package came home! I'm soooo in love with Zaful!
