When I first went on to Zaful and saw how cheap the stuff was, I was super pumped. I found a super cute, off-the-shoulder swimsuit for $15.99, and I really loved it, so I bought it. First let me start by saying, their shipping services suck. My single swimsuit took over a month to arrive. I contacted them many many times to try and find out where the heck my swimsuit was, and I got no or a very vague response every single time. When the swimsuit finally arrived, I immediately went and tried it on. Then I realized it looked... off. Part of the off the shoulder fabric on the right side had been folded over, stitched and synched, and ripped. It looked like my cat had tried to tear it up or something. On the website, it says that they look over every single product before it's shipped, but obviously that didn't happen here. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of Zaful, I tried to submit a little ticket thingie and after 13 tries, I was ready to scream at what a crappy website this was. They wouldn't even let me send it. I called them twice and each time I was met with a voicemail (I promise it was during the time their lines were open). I finally ended up emailing *******@zaful.com, and gave them a piece of my mind. That worked, and they said they'd refund my money in 48 hours, max. 5 days later, I still hadn't received my money back. After a week, I got my money back, and got to keep the crummy old piece of garbage. I just gave it to Goodwill. If you are experiencing the same problem, just keep fighting and calling and emailing until you've gotten what you want. Zaful, I will NEVER order from you guys again.
I ordered over a month and never received my dresses I'm really pissed I try calling emailing you guys never got an answer phone ring out and email keep saying not send like really I just need my money otherwise I'm taking you all to court since may 20th come on big inconvenience

I ordered a swimsuit and a pair of earrings and I was surprised with the quality of the products. The parcel arrived a little late, maybe 5 days more than expected. However everything came exactly like it was in the pictures of the site, for that I stayed very happy. I think the store is fantastic and I recomend it to everyone, specially the swimwear collection (the products are beautiful and the quality amazing).
I have already ordered three swim suits from Zaful, and they all fit and are made from reasonable quality materials. The swim suits all look nice and are unique enough that I know I wouldn't find them in regular stores. Shipping time is long enough but due to drastically low prices and free shipping I will be ordering more from Zaful.
I've had very great experiences with Zaful. Every product I've received has been very great quality and the prices are unbeatable for the type of product you receive. Their customer service is very quick also if you ever need to reach out to them. My swimsuits that I've received fit perfectly and often have adjustable straps if needed. They are now my favorite suits and I will continue to buy from the site! Highly recommend.
I ordered a few stuff begging of June and now it's July and I still haven't received my order. I emailed them and they said my address was wrong. I send them the correct address. I waited half a month for my stuff and I didn't receive anything!. I emailed them again and they totally forgot about me and they still had the wrong address. Redecioulis! I told them I want my money back. Never never never order from zaful.com. They are the worst, with the worst customer service.

If you're wanting a decent bikini for a really good price Zaful is the place to go! Shipping usually takes around 2 weeks for me I live in the US. I haven't had any major problems and would recommend to everyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a swimsuit! This is from my own real objective experience and I would say take the plunge.
I ordered 2 kind of swimsuit, 1 dress and 2 sun glasses. And the problem is i only received 1 swimsuit. I tried to call the number that its on their app contact us but that freaking number is invalid! Like seriously! Beware they just want ur money

Extremely disappointed in this website I ordered two bathing suits over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I was really excited when I ordered them because I thought they would be here by now but of course they aren't. Awful customer service as well when you message them about where your order is they basically just tell you to "track" your package. According to that I should of gotten it by now it's been "in transit" for 5 days. Absolutely ridiculous never ordering anything again just hoping this wait is worth it.

I ordered 3 swimsuits. The first one came in about 3 and a half weeks and the other 2 about a week later. I live in canada so i understand that it takes a while for it to arrive all the way from china, but i do think they should up the expected delivery time. HOWEVER the quality is amazing and theyre so cute, so i dont really have a problem with the wait time
Ordered several bikinis, they are terrible quality. Ordered Large, one top too small too put on and another (same size!) is absolutely enormous and gapes at the sides so there is no way i could wear. On another, bottoms completely sheer:(

First of all This is my honest opinion about Zaful, which in want to share which you, because lots of people are scepticalabout those kinds of websites.
About three weeks ago i made my first order on zaful. Com. It took about two weeks to arrive, which was pretty long for my taste. I ordered a bathing suit and two sunglasses. The packages were very secure so I did not have to worry about my stuff being broken. I was aspecially worried about the sunglasses because they did not arrive in cases but they were really well raped into protective paper so nothing could have happend. When I unpacked the glasse i was very satisfied. They lockes like they were shown in the picture and the quality was just amazing. I love them so much. The quality of the bathing suit was good to. The material was fine and nice and it also looked similar to the picture which is shown on the website. I ordered a size M and it was to big for me. So i contactetd their support service and they are willing to reship this item in a size small. Like i said. Not perfect but pretty great! Love it
This website is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". There are definitely some hits and misses. I have personally had good experiences with both times that I ordered. Both of the shipments arrived within a couple of weeks. The items were pretty well made in my opinion (for being less than $15). Also, the customer service that I have experienced has been great. I gave one of my pieces that I ordered like 3-4 stars, just because it didn't fit me quite like i thought it would, and they immediately messaged me asking if there was anything that they could do to help. Overall I am pretty impressed with the site and will keep using it.
I placed my first order on Zaful on the 17th of June. They shipped my order on the next day and the delivery took about 10 days, so it was quite fast. The product was the same as described and as in the picture, and the quality was even better than I expected! I wasn't sure what size to choose, so I just ordered the same size I wear usually, and it fits well. Only if you are tall I would recommend to go a size up. Overally, I am very satisfied with the order and service, and I will definitely purchase on Zaful's website in the future!

Romper is so cute and fits amazing and reading already reviews on that item I ordered a size up.
Bikinis are fab for 4 of them, even if one will need to have little sewing adjustment. Two were a bit small (I ordered everything in M and I should have done L for those) Zaful kindly offer to send me what was too small free of charges with me keeping the too small pieces!
For me this is a first!
This is my most favorite thing about the website, you can see other people reviews on every item, advice and pretty often pictures of them wearing the piece.

I have already made 2 orders on Zaful.com. First, I was unsure of what the quality would be as the items are very cheap. But I ordered anyways, I wanted to let them a try as their swimwears are just gorgeous and affordable for fashion bikinis.
The bikini set is exactly as the picture. The colors are nice and vivid. I read all the reviews on the site regardind the size and I ordered a size larger and I'm glad I did. So that s a very good point that Zaful encourage people to share their reviews with points and coupon.
The quality is correct. Thats not the highest quality in the world, but for the cheap price, its actually quite good.
The 1st time, I chose the standard shipping. My order was split into 2 parcels. One part arrived sooner and the 2nd part arrived in a month, but that's normal considering it's coming from overseas.
The 2nd time, I chose the express shipping. Its worth to pay this extra if youre in a hurry to receive your package as it arrived in a week.
I contacted the customers service when my first order was split. Zafuls support was very helpful and responsive. I received an answer in less than 24 hours.
I was very satisfied with the experience at Zaful. My order took two weeks to come in (as it said it would) and the bathing suit was perfect. The fabric is very good quality and the bathing suit looked exactly like it did in the pictures of the website. Sizing was also perfect, but I suggest reading the reviews on the bathing suit before purchasing as they are very helpful.

I ordered two swimsuites. As I am living in Germany I had to wait two weeks for my order. First I thought that there were problems with my delivery because it took a lot of time so i approached the Service Team of zaful. They were very friendly and helpful, imparted the tracking number and gave me an instruction how to contact the Mail-Order firm. Finally i got my order without any more problems. The quality is very good, you just have to be careful in choosing the size. I would say that the sizes are a Little smaller than in general. But still the swimsuites fit very well.
I have ordered on Zaful two times now and everything I ordered was good quality for the price and matched the site's description for the item.
When ordering pay attention to the stated processing time as some items will take longer to be processed and will be shipped out later in a separated envelope which is a plus to me since it means you don't have to wait for the other items you bought but still you won't be charged with extra shipping for having two different packages shipped to you.
Read the size chart carefully before ordering as I found the sizes to be a little small fitting
