The site is really easy to use, and all the products come looking EXACTLY like how they do in the pictures. One thing I love about the website is how they have reviews where customers post pictures of their bikinis, because it gives me the perfect insight on how the product actually looks on someone! I bought 2 bikinis from here, and although they came in 3 weeks, which was just a bit longer than I wanted, they both came at the same time, and for the most part, they fit perfectly. I just bought 2 more, and will definitely put them to use! The customer service is really good too. I've used the live chat a couple of times, and they are really quick to respond. I'm so happy I found this website that I just had to write a review about it, and I usually never post reviews!

Up to now I have only ordered from Zaful once. I ordered a swimsuit, which I saw on Instagram and a very nice dress with pineapple print, which I was searching for forever. At first I was a bit skeptical, but the things were worth buying. I ordered a size up just to be sure, that everything would fit. The things arrived in two separate packages within three weeks from ordering. The customer support was also very helpful in telling me that this process is normal. Worth checking the website!

While every order I've placed has come out looking amazing, I want to focus this review on customer service! I've interacted with them a couple of times and any time something didn't fit the way I'd like, or I needed help tracking a package- a representative would respond wirhing 24 hours and they were so nice about it! While the clothes and prices are great, the people of this company truly care about customer satisfaction, and that is why I will be returning a 4th time very very soon.

Great website, products are always the same as pictured on the site. Price is unbeatable. Very good quality for the price. I have never had an issue with quality or description of items. What you see is always what you receive. Shipping always comes within the time frame that is promised.

I was so shocked at how amazing my experience was. The 2 swimsuits came in a week and a half to Canada. The quality was so good, better than some VIctoria Secret swimsuits. I followed the sizing according the the reviews and the top was a little big and they are sending a smaller one free of charge! Looked exactly like the picture, even better! I'll definitely be ordering more soon.

I had seen many reviews on YouTube and as summer was coming up I decided to take a chance and splash out on zaful, my items took around 3 weeks to arrive(which is what I assumed) and to my expectations they were great! I only had one bathing suit which was a bit off but everything else was spot on! I must say that I do recommend you to READ the size chart AND reviews as they give a good standpoint on how the product fits! So overall I rate this website a HIT!

I have ordered three times from Zaful, and am yet to have any sort of a negative experience. By far the best part of ordering from them was their customer service. They answered all of my (MANY) inquiries politely and promptly. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was wary at first since I had never heard of them before and their prices seemed pretty low, but after the experiences I've had, I could not be happier with their site.

The items are of good quality, and the only (very minor) issues I've had come from sizing, which in all honesty, I can't complain about since I have the same problems from pretty much any stores (I'm pretty petite). They provide detailed sizing information on each product page, better than most online retailers, and items not fitting perfectly is always a risk you're gonna have to take when ordering online.

I love Zaful's clothing, they're affordable and reasonably priced. Their items almost always ship promptly, and the quality of the clothing is amazing!

Loved the items I ordered from this website! The ordered a couple tops which were a small and fit perfectly. I ordered a couple bathing suits i ordered small in the one piece suits and medium in the two piece suit which were great quality and looked amazing but unfortunately they were a bit small so I would recommend ordering a size bigger than your regular size. I ordered over $100 in stuff so I qualified for express shipping, the items only took 1 week even though they came from China.

I began using zaful about a month ago and so far I really like it. Their website is cool, up-to-date and interactive. You create an account and through this account you do regular online shopping things (create a cart, have a favorites list, etc.) but you also get to have your own place on their website where you can create outfits with their clothing and interact with other zaful members. Also, zaful has a live-chat and even facebook messenger for any questions or concerns, which is super helpful. The only issue I have with the website is that the live chat takes forever to respond (sometimes up to an hour). I just purchased my first order, and am very pleased with the overall transaction.

Zaful is an online store I've known for a very long time because I've heard so many good experiences from friends and other buyers. It is mainly known for their awesome bikinis and for a while now I have been wanting to try some for myself. I finally made my order past June and I am really happy with my purchase. I knew it would take a long time to arrive because asian stores do and this was no exception. I had some troubles with my package getting delivered once it got to my country but Zaful Support Center was very helpful and got my package home. When I got my bikins I was not disappointed: in terms of quality, you can get really nice pieces for a low price! In terms of sizing, you just need to check other buyers' reviews and decide on your own. Other than that, my order was just like the pictures and I was overall really pleased. I cannot recommend this store enough.

I have heard all the horror stories about Zaful, bit for me that was just not the case! The order came when it was supposed to and the quality of the swimsuits were great. I didn't feel like they would irritate my skin or fall apart at the slightest movement. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because of the sizing (which might actually be my fault because everyone said to order a size up). The chest part on my one-piece squeezed me a little, but is still wearable and super cute. With my two piece, the bottoms did not cover my crack but the top is super adorable and I will be wearing it with other bottoms. I really hope you take a chance on Zaful, you will be pleasantly surprised!
