Basic Invite

This company is a scam. I paid with PayPal and my case is pending. Did you pay with a credit card? Call your credit card company and file a complaint. Contact the Better Business Bureau. This company is stealing from its customers and can only be stopped by you. I've heard nothing in response to my calls. There is no customer service - just an answering machine. The company says they'll CONSIDER refunds after 30 days if you have not received your item. That is theft. File your complaints today and let's close this business down.

I ordered a knit dress from Zabbletree that was offered on discount for $39. I was aware that it would be shipped from China, and that shipping would be slow. I will say that the company does provide tracking, so you are at least updated on your item's "progress." But the dress took almost a month to arrive. I had ordered two sizes larger than normal, so the dress did fit. However, the knit fabric is so thin it's practically transparent -- it will have to be worn as a tunic over leggings, or with a full-length opaque slip. The finishes at neck, sleeves, and hem are shoddy. It's not worth even half of the "discount" price -- I can't imagine having paid "full price" for this garment. The only good thing I can say is it is true to the color shown online. Take your money to Target -- you'll get more value.

It looks like a legit site - HQ in Orem, UT, supposedly. However, the dress was less attractive than it appeared in the pic, and I wanted to return it. Returns are complicated, a lot of things you must do to get a refund (otherwise, they issue store credit, and I don't think there are any stores in the US, couldn't find any on the site). The dress shipped from China (why it takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, I didn't catch that). I will definitely not buy from them again. It's iffy whether I'll ever get my refund.

After waiting months for item, it was cheap and not as promised so I followed all instructions to get an RA# and return the dress. After another month, I have heard nothing so I send an email. They reply that they tried to send me many messages (untrue, not even in my junk folder) and that they had denied my return due to procedures I did not follow. This is a lie and now they have the new dress in original packaging but also all my original purchase funds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE SCAM.
