I ordered a knit dress from Zabbletree that was offered on discount for $39. I was aware that it would be shipped from China, and that shipping would be slow. I will say that the company does provide tracking, so you are at least updated on your item's "progress." But the dress took almost a month to arrive. I had ordered two sizes larger than normal, so the dress did fit. However, the knit fabric is so thin it's practically transparent -- it will have to be worn as a tunic over leggings, or with a full-length opaque slip. The finishes at neck, sleeves, and hem are shoddy. It's not worth even half of the "discount" price -- I can't imagine having paid "full price" for this garment. The only good thing I can say is it is true to the color shown online. Take your money to Target -- you'll get more value.

We ordered a custom shade sail for our patio. I submitted the order via fax, as that was the way it was requested on the website. I heard nothing for almost two weeks, at which time I called the company. Trey told me they had received a garbled fax from which they could not identify the customer (even though the fax showed as having been sent "complete" on my end). So I resubmitted the order by taking a picture of the order form on my phone and attaching that to an email, as instructed by Trey. The order was received, but Trey apparently didn't run my credit card information accurately, so the charge kept getting rejected. Trey wasn't very pleasant to deal with on this issue, and insinuated that I'd given him faulty information. I finally got him to understand that the billing address was different from the shipping address, he ran the card correctly, and the charge was approved. The order confirmation stated that it would take 3-4 weeks from the date of order to manufacture the item, and at that time I would receive shipping notification. At 4+ weeks after the order date I emailed Trey requesting a status update. Instead I got a very snarky response telling me that the 4-week date (from date of order) wasn't until the following week, so I shouldn't be expecting shipping notification yet. He was flat wrong, and of course my order date was proof of that, but I just didn't want to deal with him, so I didn't reply. Several days later I got a shipping notification. The shade sail arrived quickly, once shipped. It is nowhere near the dimensions specified on our order, and rather than being a parallelogram with 4 straight sides, two of the sides are curved. After my unpleasant experience with this whole process I decided that it would just be a major headache to try to rectify the order; and the chances of a reorder going badly were high, given prior experience. So we just decided to live with what we got. This shade sail was about $300, so not cheap. Customer "service", as delivered by Trey, was very poor. I will say the quality of the fabric and manufacture are good -- it's just not anywhere near the size or shape we ordered, and that's easy to demonstrate based the dimensions on the order form we submitted. Rotten experience from start to finish.
