Site sketch hit or miss and their support don't help and when they do it'll take them weeks to issue you a refund just in general don't buy and don't use the seller * LuckyAcc* he tried to pull back a Amazon account that I redeemed $150 of e-gifts only used about $100 of it before he tried to login again then locked the $#*!ing account

My z2u Shop is: MHJoyGamershub

I became a seller there and quickly enough i cracked the selling code and became very popular fast, I had all the best reviews and all where customers had no problem with me but the main platform could not tolerate me earing this much IG.

I was selling offline activation accounts which are very common there, where as other sellers made users wait for long to deliver the products, i did it instantly and thus i got more orders and there were not rules saying we cant deliver the activation to more than one person because i was selliing a 60 usd product for 5 usd, so i had to sell it shared, obviously!

Now, they are saying i scammed those who are already playing the game that i offline activated to them and dont pay me, lol. They are also not letting me sell or anything, they are not replying to me and this is so sad as i spend day and night sleepless to fulfill those orders thinking i would get the withdrawal done by then!

All in all, don't be a seller in this platform, they will find ways to not pay u and ignore u. I cannot be more clear but pls don't be scammed by them! My experience was so bad with them and they are just unreasonable.

I am sad is all, my time and efforts went to waste is all. Customers got what they paid for but i did not get paid, sad!

The seller purchased the crystals (genshin impact), i received them and i confirmed the order.
After that, the seller asked for a refund. The refund was accepted as you can see from the picture i sent. Mihoyo noticed the refund so they removed from my account the crystals i received. That's the definition of scam. This is why i started the dispute and i hoped Z2U would understand the situation and help me out.
I have read about other people having been scammed like me on this site. UPDATE:
They said that once you confirm the order received they are not responsible of any outcome.
This site is a complete fraud. UPDATE 2:
A z2u user is writing these comments under bad reviews, asking to send proof to the z2u support, well i did again few days ago and their answer didn't change, they just copy pasted the same answer they game me last time, here it is: Dear z2u user:
Z*******858 The seller uploaded the evidence to prove that he completed your order.
You also confirmed the receipt.

Z2U support is non existent if something goes wrong with your order, they will side with the seller, even after you have provided evidence of your order not working or as described. Be careful of these grey market scam sites, they're dodgy.

Scam scam scam

It's a complete scam. I bought a Reddit username, but the seller gave me one that's banned. After reaching out to customer support, they sided with the seller, stating the username was delivered as agreed. They've asked for additional evidence to prove otherwise, or they'll close the case in favor of the seller. The customer support team appears to disregard the buyer's situation, focusing more on their own commissions. I'm escalating the matter to my payment provider today.

I often by things on Z2U, for example netflix, disney accounts.
Everytime an order is messed up i ignore it because i wouldn't care much for $2 or $4.
But one day i paid a lot for a purchase and the seller gave me something not exactly how he described. He started being rude. So i got in contact with z2u and they kept taking the side of the seller and completely ignored what i was saying and what was my issue. They just kept saying what the seller was saying just to prove he was right when he totally was not. I just wanted a refund to be able to get another product from another seller. But because z2u wanted to protect the seller, i lost my money and never got my product.
