HELP ME, GIVE ME A SOLUTION OR MY MONEY BACK. It's been over 35 days since I purchased a 12-month service from a Z2U seller called (diagital_iptv, see screenshot attached). Unfortunately, I was only able to use it for less than 48 days. Then it started to cause problems, and suddenly I simply couldn't connect anymore. I repeatedly asked the seller for a solution. The service isn't working, and I can't connect, but the seller said it was my fault. I've installed over eight different IPTV apps, including the one the seller recommended, but none of them worked. I paid for 12 months of IPTV connection from this seller. Now, over a month has passed, and I still can't use the service. I decided to contact Z2U support. They asked me to provide proof of what was happening. I sent them photos and videos of each step and the situation. More than 10 days have passed, and Z2U support has done absolutely nothing. Finally, the seller sent a screenshot to support showing that the account was open, which also proves that I'm not logged in. In fact, it clearly indicates that there is no active connection, meaning no device is connected to that account. This makes sense, since I've been telling the seller and support for over a month that I can't connect. Support's solution is for me to connect on a PC, to which I replied that I paid to be able to watch it on my TV through my TV box. I should be able to watch it from wherever I want. Support and the seller then ask for my device's MAC address. I send them the MAC address, but everything remains the same, nothing works. The last thing I received from the raffle today is that I tried to resolve it with the seller. In conclusion, the service doesn't work, the seller doesn't help me, Z2U support ignores me, and I've lost my money. To me, this is the same as stealing. Offering a service that doesn't work, and where neither the vendor nor support offers you a solution or a refund, is the same as stealing. I've read a lot online about Z2U and the vendors' practices there. Ultimately, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING Z2U. You should find a way to get IPTV service through trusted websites, even if it costs a little more. Don't let them steal your money. I can't upload videos to avoid exposing my login details, but I have them too. I can prove everything I'm writing. You can see it in the photos attached to this review below. Different apps, but the same problem. I can't access it because the seller's server won't let me. Meanwhile, Z2U does nothing, and together they keep my money.
My subscription end in 1 month buy there are problema on the profile. The supplier tells me to open a dispute but the customer service tells me that they cannot refund me (the Money are of the seller, not theirs).

You can list and sell whatever you have, but you won't know if it's "allowed" until you try to withdraw — and then they say NO. That's one thing. Z2U takes 10% of every sale — not a commission, but some absurd "platform fee." When you can't withdraw and ask for help, they'll send you a link to the rules. But if that's not enough, they'll simply make up new rules in the chat — like:
"YOU CAN'T... SO I WILL... blalba..."- THATS THE WAY NEW RULE CREATED You're selling to earn money for life, but the person holding the money is Z2U — until you please them like a kid begging their parents for cash. 80% of buyers don't even click the "order completed" button — they just pay and disappear.
You'll be trapped between buyers and Z2U. Start somewhere easier. Seriously.

Upon contacting the Z2U merchant support, I was informed of new conditions that I found to be unreasonable and suspicious. 🌀 Details of the Scam: The merchant support representative stated that I needed to reach a sales volume of $8,000 and achieve a Level 2 Diamond status before I could withdraw my funds. The reason given was that I was selling products that were over a year old. I found this explanation to be inconsistent with previous communications. Just a month prior, the same representative had assured me that there were no issues with selling products older than a year. This sudden change in policy, which was not documented in the platform's terms and conditions, led me to believe that this was a form of scam. 🌀 Conclusion: I believe that these new conditions are a form of modern scam designed to prevent me from accessing my rightful earnings. We have published the Announcement(Several selling rules that sellers need to pay special attention to) on 2024-03-14. Sellers may only list more than 6-month subscriptions or account once the following two conditions are met: orders amount more than $8000 and store level more than 2 diamonds. Once these criteria are fulfilled, you will be allowed to sell more than 6-month subscriptions or account.
According to the seller rules, we need to suspend your withdrawal for 6 months to observe the after-sales situation.

Tried to purchase 3 TIMES off this bum website all 3 ended up refunded in total about £20 of refund fees. They asked me to verify my card using my ENTIRE bank card details which i'm not going to do it'll also take up to 2 days to verify before the order can even process further which takes another 2-3 days you'll be waiting up to a WEEK the customer services is AWFUL they made me wait 2 days on a order that was 'delivering' for them to then refund it when they'd already logged into my account?
