Warning to other sellers:
I want to share my experience with Z2U. They have taken around $10,000 from my seller balance, and every time I contact support they tell me to wait 6 months. Now they completely ignore my messages and stop replying.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend Z2U. Sellers should be very careful.

In most cases, such amounts are temporarily frozen or reserved for reasons such as:

Risk control review of high-risk orders;
A large number of disputes, chargebacks, or potentially risky orders;
Periodic freezing general reserve.

Holy hell, this website HAS to be the CRAPPIEST out there NOT for buyers but for SELLERS, the dude on whatsapp is so unprofessional and rude for no reason, Doesn't understand english jumps on you for no reason even if your own buyer don't have any problems he will STILL hold your payment, If I had known they would treat me a as a seller like this I would've never registered here. Mind you I have 100% positive feedback lmao yet they keep the payouts and everything.

+ firstly you wait for the mandatory insurance, the insurance program is so dumb for sellers they get released in bits per month or wait 1 whole month for amount to be released so you pay out of your pocket for buyer, secondly you cannot sell 1 year offers as a seller with less than 10k order values so you have to list monthly products for 5$ or very less amounts on top of that the 20% platform fee (10% on payout, 10% while in balance), Imagine you have 50% profit margins and you have to share 20% of that to z2u making your profit margin 30% after that they make some dumb excuse to also hold your payout.

Let's get this straight You list 1 month offers or 6 month offers cause you cant list 1 year offer despite being a WELL KNOWN reputable seller on other sites and being registered on z2u for a year with a lot positive feedback and then you pay for your buyer only for the platform to hold your money in insurance for 1 whole month so you're in debt and waiting for the payout for your 30% profit margins cause 20% cause to platform and then the z2u WhatsApp dude comes with a dumb logic checks all of your chats with customers and finds 1 random customer and use him as an excuse to hold your payout for another month, crazy logic.

Because some products on the platform carry relatively high risks (for example: account-based products, subscription services, items with a fixed usage period, or digital goods that are easy to be recovered or banned), we have to implement a mandatory insurance mechanism for these high-risk categories in order to maximally protect buyers' rights.
Through mandatory insurance, if buyers encounter serious issues within a certain period—such as the product becoming unusable, being reclaimed, banned, or having other major quality problems—they can obtain further protection through the platform, rather than relying solely on the seller's personal promise.

At the same time, we have clearly stated the following requirement in Several selling rules that sellers need to pay special attention to:

We do not allow new sellers (orders amount less than 8000 usd or store level<2 diamond) to sell the products with more than 6 months subscription time. If we find new seller sell that, we may reject pay in 6-12 months when the seller ask withdraw.

The purpose of this rule is not to deliberately increase the difficulty of doing business for sellers, but is based on the following considerations:

1, Matching financial strength with service obligations: Long-duration products mean a much longer after-sales responsibility period. Stores with lower total sales and a lower level generally have weaker financial reserves, risk-bearing capacity, and after-sales stability. If large-scale issues occur, it is more likely that buyers' rights cannot be properly protected.
2, Reducing long-term disputes and 'runaway' risks: Some sellers may sell a large number of long-term subscriptions or accounts in a short time, but later fail to continue providing service, or even abandon the account/store entirely, causing a surge of buyer complaints. Restricting low-level stores from selling products longer than 6 months helps reduce the risk of 'cash-grab and run' behavior.
3, Protecting buyer trust and the platform's overall reputation: When buyers purchase 6-month or even 12-month services, their basic expectation is that both the platform and the seller can provide support for the entire validity period if issues arise. Only sellers above a certain scale and level are more likely to have the capability to offer stable, long-term service. Therefore, by combining eligibility thresholds with the insurance mechanism, we can better protect buyers' funds and usage experience.

For all these reasons, we have enabled mandatory insurance for some high-risk product categories and set thresholds on total sales and store level, restricting new or low-level stores from selling ultra-long-duration products.
The core purpose of these measures is simple: to prioritize the protection of buyers' rights while encouraging sellers to operate in a more compliant, stable, and sustainable way for the long term.

I don't know why the site is fighting new sellers. I'm a new seller on z2u. My profits in three months were fantastic and incredible. I thought I'd make a lot of money from my work.
But!
If we look at the picture: These are the two sellers who have 4 diamonds.
(They were previously banned from the site.)
I don't know why they came back, but I'll tell you!
Second:
When we publish a new product (the site requires us to place a mandatory 15-day warranty and also freeze the amount for additional days).
The site requires us to adhere to strict rules.
But why are we without these sellers?
They publish their old products without updating them so they don't place a 15-day warranty.
They even freeze their funds for only three days.
They violate the rules without being held accountable.
Also, and importantly, if we rank the prices from bottom to top, they appear first. This is a severe technical deficiency on the site, and the site doesn't know how to address it.
Why?
Because they posted their old products before the update, no matter how we rank the prices, they'll appear first.
This tricks buyers into believing they're cheaper.
Did the site ask them to remove the old products and provide a 15-day warranty like we did?
No.
Did the site fix the problem?
No.
So forget about your sales and go to another site that can solve the problems.

For certain high-risk products, the platform must enforce mandatory insurance to safeguard buyers’ rights. In addition, based on the seller’s level, the platform applies an extended income holding period, we called 'Freeze Period'. After the freeze period ends, sellers can withdraw the earnings obtained from selling digital content on the platform, ensuring both transaction security and credit risk control.
As for product ranking, the platform’s system automatically determines the order by taking into account multiple factors, including store level, dispute rate, completion rate, and price, in order to maintain fairness and transparency.

When you start doing well with your sales and decide to withdraw you money they will pull out a rule out of nowhere to justify their robbery. Something like "As we mentioned on seller rules, you are not certificated to sell more than 6-month subscriptions products.
If you want to sell 12 months subscription products, you must fulfill two conditions: orders amount more than 8000 usd and store level more than 2 diamonds.". Which they have never mentione before. And it's a stupid rule. Why won't they just make that option unavailable in the first place? It is intended, so you keep selling stupidly in their favor. Complete scam. Avoid it at all cost. There are a lot of alternatives way better than this.

For a new seller, the usage period of a one-year account or subscription product is relatively long. If any account issues or service interruptions occur, after-sales disputes are difficult to handle in a timely manner, and the platform cannot guarantee the rights of both parties.
According to seller rules(https://www.z2u.com/usercenter/userannouncementdetail/id/2739624.html), new sellers are only allowed to sell no more than 6 months accounts or subscription products to ensure that transactions remain manageable and verifiable. Violating this rule may result in the removal of the product, penalties to the store, or freezing of funds.

I am having the worst experience with Z2U as a seller. I provided delivery proofs to the buyers, they received the accounts I sold, they are happy, and they even left 5-star reviews. Yet when I tried to withdraw my money, the Z2U team blocked it and kept asking me for "proofs." What more proof is needed? Everything is already uploaded and completely clear. I have been emailing for over a week, sending all evidence again and again, only to be ignored and sent in circles. I am extremely disappointed and offended. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Z2U and successfully sold many products, but this situation is unfair and shows zero professionalism. Shame on you.

Delivery proof serves as evidence that the transaction between you and the buyer has been completed. If the buyer initiates a chargeback or dispute, providing valid delivery proof can help demonstrate that the order was successfully fulfilled, thereby strongly supporting your position.
Keeping delivery proof can effectively prevent misunderstandings from the buyer or the platform, ensuring that your efforts are properly recognized and protected. In cases where the buyer requests a refund or return, such evidence can help you avoid unnecessary financial loss.
According to seller rules, sellers are required to provide complete delivery proof to ensure the legitimate completion of an order. Without valid evidence, the outcome of an order dispute may be unfavorable.
It is recommended that after each delivery, you promptly save and upload the relevant evidence. This will provide stronger protection for your transactions.

If I could give negative stars I would. I paid for a service through them in the requested Crypto that came out equal to $45.53 US dollars. They then didn't provide the service. I've spend the entire morning arguing with their customer service dept, whose only reply is "contact my payment channel". I've contacted the payment channel and have proof of the transaction completion. I've also traced the payment hash on an independent site and it shows completed. I've provided both of these to Z2U and they say the receipient wasn't them. How can that be when the entire transaction took place in THEIR SHOPPING CART? Total Scam and wish I would of looked for reviews first, not to minimize the stealing but just thankful it was only $45.00

Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying digital products from this seller. Poor quality, bad communication, and no accountability.
I had technical problems from the start, but the seller provided no real support — only generic copy-paste replies.The access link worked for one day and then stopped. Seller refused to reactivate or refund. Very unprofessional.The file I received was poorly made and not worth the price. Definitely not what was promised in the listing.

This website is a complete scam. They lure you in with false promises and misleading information, only to take your money and disappear. I placed an order (or signed up for a service) and never received anything in return — no product, no support, no response. They deliberately avoid contact, and any so-called "customer service" is either automated or non-existent.
Do NOT trust this website. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is — and in this case, it definitely was. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

This seller had a store on z2u. What did he do? He exposed them on all the sites and spread the word that they are scammers and fraudsters. (https://www.reddit.com/user/generai1) What did z2u do? They caved in and let him work on the site again.
Not only that...
They also made him violate the rules without anyone holding him accountable.
The rules he's currently violating without being held accountable:
1- He was repeatedly posting products, and everyone was complaining about it. The site told him that everyone was complaining (except for just a letter or two in the duplicate product titles).
The site fell for the prank without even knowing what he was doing.
2- He's selling products more than 20 times, which is prohibited, but it's not prohibited for him, as the site isn't holding him accountable.
3- He's selling shared Xbox accounts, which is unacceptable (he doesn't mention Xbox in the title to defraud).
The question here is:
Does anyone who exposes the site and spreads the word that it's a scam and spreads it everywhere submit to it, humiliate it, and not even punish it for the violations it's currently committing?
If the answer is yes, we'll do as it does.

As for your second concern, could you please provide us with the specific product links and purchase records? In addition, please let us know how you know that this seller has sold some product more than 20 times. Once we verify that the seller has sold a non-shareable product over 20 times, we will take strict punitive action against them.
Regarding the seller listing XBOX accounts as shared accounts, we have already imposed corresponding penalties, including rejecting their service applications and removing the relevant products from the platform.

Z2U held my withdrawal for 6 months after I completed all sales correctly. They hit me with a sudden "rule violation" about yearly offers requiring $8,000+ in sales and 2+ diamond level - rules they never mentioned upfront and could easily enforce through their website code, but choose not to. - Thye let me make sales, then blocked withdrawal without warning - Made up rules after the fact: "If you want to sell yearly offers, you must fulfill two conditions: orders amount more than $8000 and store level more than 2 diamonds" - Could have prevented this with simple website restrictions, but didn't - Zero transparency or seller protection I have 100% positive reviews but wasted tens of hours for zero return. Z2U got their cut, customers got the service, and I got nothing but a 6-month fund freeze.
Bottom line: Z2U profits from your sales, then finds excuses to keep your money. They could prevent these "violations" through code but prefer to trap sellers instead. Avoid at all costs

So, we need to suspend the withdrawal in order to observe the after-sales situation of the relevant orders. We strongly advise you to review the Z2U Seller Rules to avoid further violations. I've been selling digital subscriptions on Z2U, and recently they froze my withdrawal again — after I delivered everything correctly. They give excuses after excuses, can make up rules as and when they like! My first withdrawal was suspended for 6 months, I tried again with a second withdrawal — also blocked. Here's what they claimed: That I sold a 12-month plan, which apparently is only allowed if you've made over $8,000 in total sales and reached 2-diamond seller level (which they never clearly mention upfront) That I reused a shared login for multiple buyers — even though I clearly stated "shared access" in the product description. My dispute rate is very low, and my store has almost 100% positive review. They told me my money would be held for 6 months for "observation." No appeals. Just wait. Z2U perfers to communicates via WhatsApp for seller support which is weird and their reps are often rude and send copy-paste replies. Why this matters for sellers: Z2U will let you make sales, then suddenly freeze your money They'll claim "rule violations" when sellers tried to withdraw You'll see other sellers doing the same thing and not getting punished, probably their own people selling, not other sellers There's no transparency, no proper warnings, and no appeal system Z2U has no verified public presence, and no real seller protection. They operate in a way where they profit first, then punish sellers later — with no warning and no appeal process. If you're considering Z2U as a seller — don't.
It's high risk, poorly managed, and clearly favors buyers over honest sellers. If you've had similar issues with Z2U, please expose them everywhere. It's time more sellers know what they're getting into before wasting their time like I did.

But we need to explain to you. We explicitly state that: We do not allow new sellers(orders amount less than 8000 USD or store level<2 diamond) to sell the products with more than 6 months subscription time. If we find new seller sell that, we may reject pay in 3-6 months when the seller ask withdraw. Please refer to 'Several selling rules that sellers need to pay special attention to', which we released on March 14,2024.
So, we need to suspend your withdrawal in order to observe the after-sales situation of the relevant orders. We strongly advise you to review the Z2U Seller Rules to avoid further violations. Continued non-compliance may result in additional penalties. If you sell products according to Seller Rules, we will not suspend your subsequent withdrawals.
