I ordered two jars of chestnut green wine happen to be there for a version and it was expired as of January 2020 and this was a gift so it really wasn't happy because I thought you would have someone inspect that before the expired food out.
I called customer service he said that I needed a picture of the date and they expire information and I'm like really this is in another state especially with this catastrophe going on do you want me to do all this and so he did credit the jar I ask for a replacement but he said he would just credit the one that was expired.
He really didn't give me an option and I don't think that's good customer service.
YummyBazaar has some interesting products (when they are in stock), and I glad to have found them. One of the products I ordered, Knorr Vegetable Bouillon, contains food allergens that are not disclosed on Yummy Bazaar, however. Knorr lists some of those allergens on its site, but still does not disclose the MSG. It looks like this is a brand to be avoided.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Yummy Bazaar. I found some hard to find items and was able to get free shipping. They arrived quickly and well-packaged. My only regret is that I didn't discover Yummy Bazaar sooner!

I was looking for a certain tea from Italy an I stumbled upon YummyBazaar. Every other website I found had the tea had insane shipping costs. YummyBazaar had cheap shipping and quickly got me my product. They shipped it so the product didn't get damaged. I am very satisfied and will order from them again.
I am a new customer. The prices were good, and I received my order quickly. But though the box seemed undamaged, and glass jars unbroken, my big can of Partanna olive oil was severely dented and bulging. Makes me wonder if it was this way before it was shipped. Waiting to see if I hear from Yummy Bazaar regarding this damage. If I do, then I am willing to give a higher rating to reflect their customer service.

The pumpernickel bread gives me a satisfaction in just eating 2 slices. It's the best bread for a diabetic. Yummy Bazaar sells it in good price and shipping is affordable. Yes, I will send my next order in no time.

I placed my first order and wanted to change the order before it was shipped. I was told that I could not nor could I speak to a manager. First they said they could not transfer then I was told that they have none… It's been over two business days and they still haven't even shipped the order.
Love the Karine and Jeff vegan French Pesto soup and was happy to find it online not requiring a grocery delivery. Site has good search capability to find what I was looking for. Easy checkout did not require going back and forth to different sites to use my preferred method.

This online experience was seamless. I have found and ordered what I wanted from a large selection without difficulty. The order was filled and delivered within the indicated timeframe. The products arrived really fresh and well packaged. Would definitely buy again and again from Yummy Bazaar company!
Love having access to hard-to-find international foods, especially French foods that were particularly hard to hunt down. The shipping was also pretty fast and the packaging was careful, so I didn't have to wait long to try out the food and everything showed up safe and sound.

For foodie lovers, this is one of the best sites. Their products have the highest quality and are very fresh. Even their delivery is fast and safe. I bought a lot of stuff and I'm still looking forward to trying out more items!
I haven't had anise candy since I was a child. When my order came, it brought back so many sweet memories. My wife also was delighted with taste, and the ease of ordering. The whole process was excellent. Cudos to your whole staff.
I came across this company when I was no longer able to buy Smucker's Red Currant jam/jelly. One of my all time best recipes is a marinated pork roast with a red currant jelly sauce. Over the years I have purchased 3 large orders. One time they were out of stock so I had to try to find a substitute. I tried 3 other brands but they were not nearly as good and were more expensive! This is why I usually buy 4 jars at a time! I have also shared with family and they love it, too!

My delivered order of a marinade sauce was broken. On inspection the protective wrapping was inadequate. The package was a smelly mess. When I asked for a replacement they demanded I dig the mess out of the trash and send a photo. I refused and they blew me off. Would not have happened that way with Amazon or other legitimate companies.
I got my items very quickly and in fresh condition. One item was given as a gift and was received with enthusiasm. The truffles were the best I have had, and I will definitely be re-stocking my supply for future events and personal enjoyment!

Everything was handled with care and in a timely manner considering the distance shipped and its the holidays. The only thing that would add to experience is cooking directions in English but in no way a negative remark.

Box was extremely well wrapped to prevent breakage of glass container. Though it took us a while to uncover each glass container, it is a great idea and I thank you your company for a very fast delivery.

It was a good idea to isolate chocolate and preserve their freshness with an ice pack except it broke and there was toxic gel every on the envelope. It went through the chocolate products packaging that I rinsed immediately opening thinking it was ok. It is not. Today I opened them threw away the freebie, the guitars and the nestle dessert. Bad experience... shhhhht happens, it is a lesson.

Answer: One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.
