I bought chocolate from the YummyBazaar in Aug. They contacted me through email and tell me that it's going to melt and offered me to choose between free ice pack or cancel the item. I thought it was an automatic reply so I ignored the email. Then they contacted me again the next day. This is very considerate and I love it.
I came across the site while searching for Meiji chocolate. I usually order it from a site in Japan. I was so happy to find another way to get my favorite chocolate. It was very easy to place an order, and my order arrived very quickly. I will definitely be ordering again, but the next time I will focus on Japanese drinks!
The pricing is good and not over priced! I found a great selection of many things that I will purchase in the future. I love the fact that I can find what I need here on YummyBazaar instead of having to go into the city and hunt for it.
The quantities of the products are disappointingly small in relation to their prices and shipping costs. The bonus gifts were also miniscule and were not what I expected. I intended them as a gift, but because of their small size I am embarrassed to give them to anyone. You should reconsider your price policies, especially in relation to your products' availability in my local speciality stores.

Many interesting and great products! It is difficult to find foreign brands of cookies and treats here in the U.S. - especially in suburban areas. I enjoy the tasty, sweet Italian brands. I find they are not overly sweetened like many American products. Yummy has my preferred brands and shipped it swiftly.
The flavor of the coffee tasted bad. I dont think that you thought the coffee was perishable and did not protect it enough to get it to me fresh. As a result of my conversation with yummy bazaar I will not do any business with them!
I've been looking for this for a while now and I finally found the Honeycomb Hideout that has it. Shipping was super fast considering how far it had to travel. Thanks Yummy Bazaar! You guys have been officially added to my " online shopping " budget. I will definitely be ordering again and again and AGAIN! LOL
Needed an urn it was engraved beautifully. It was everything the picture said it was. It was even better. Got it sooner than it said it would be delivered, packaged very well to ensure there was no damage.

The website is easy to use and easy to find any desired food products. Also the payment options are easy to use as well. The packages arrive all in one piece and the products are rapped with a lot of bubble rap. The package also came with a "fragile" sticker on the box, which is very important if you want everything to arrive well. I am extremely satisfied and very happy to have found this site.

Item ordered for gift arrived days late. The item was stale. Terribly disappointed in their response. It took so many emails for response. I asked for a refund but.no. They finally issued a gift card which proved a farce. I ordered something with card. Of course i never received it and tried to contact them to no avail. Yummy baazar has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them.
I mailed them an iPhone 7 that was in mint condition. The battery held for a few hours. The battery wasn't a problem for me. Originally they offered me $80, and then said because of the battery they were giving me $40. You can buy an iPhone 7 battery on Amazon for around $16 with a kit to replace it yourself. I Phone is worth at least $120.

Yummy is simply the best website you can shop around if you're looking for Italian goodies. They have always freebies of some sort but this time they've surprised me with an amazing jacket from Loacker! I only wish they would have more availability on products, by I understand due to Covid it's not easy to get deliveries from Italy. Overall I'm a happy customer anyway and do recommend purchasing from Yummy!

We received appropriate updates from YB as our order progressed. The 2 1.5 liter bottles were VERY generously wrapped in bubble wrap, and then the box was stuffed with yards of brown wrapping paper. No way they could have experienced any breakage in transit.
I've been a happy bunny since finding Yummy Bazaar! I would love to suggest some new items like Ready Brek & Weetabix both items are from Weetabix factory near Kettering Northamptonshire. Marmite. Tetley's tea bags/black tea original. Devon Custard original flavor and strawberry flavor. AND Doven Creamy Rice Pudding (all in tins).
What I do buy and receive is often left open to the weather by being left by my garage door and not safely on my upstairs porch. It no use telling the delivery person/company because they always have an excuse. All I ask is that maybe you could send the boxes out in a clear water proof bin bag so the box and it's contents can survive being left out in the open. Just a suggestion. Thank you for service and for all you do for ExPats like me.

This company charged my credit card with out permission. They have made it impossible to contact to resolve this issue and now I am charged 20% to fix THEIR mistake. They are so dismissive and unapologetic I can't resolve this situation the proper way. Customers can legally cancel their order at any moment, they only give you an hour window to cancel but make themselves unavailable for that hour so they can charge you a penalty. If 20% is enough to loose my loyalty then keep it but I warn others before buying here. I literally tried canceling the order seconds after it was placed there's not excuse for this lousy experience. Try mypanier, Marky's gourmet, or truly foodie for your international imports they won't do you wrong or blame you for anything.
I placed my first order with them. Since then I get all this weird emails from them and this last one is very disturbing. It tells me that I got my package a few days ago (which I have not, and per FedExp tracking it will be delivered sometime tomorrow) and to call them. With all the spams and fraud going on I am not sure if I will ever use this site again cos I am not comfortable getting all this weird notifications. It is too bad because they do have some really nice hard to find products. But in today's crazy world and news of hacking etc. I rather be safe than sorry. Just hope that my first order actually shows up.:-(
Wonderful site! Found a German Christmas cookies not easy to find in stores any longer. However, the order I placed was for the dark chocolate version but I received the milk chocolate instead. Not the end of the world but after so many years of trying to find Lebkuchen then to get a different version of the order I placed and have been salivating over the mere thought of, it was a little disappointing. Other than that, this site is great and I will definitely be back!

Answer: One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.
