One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.

I guess its legit, but have a very bad customer service from my experience.

Scam. Bait and switch. Received old stale product in very dusty damaged product container. Communicated with customer service for 2 months. No resolution. Do not do business with this company.

Making unauthorized charges on customers accounts and not providing a way to correct it or even reply to customer sounds like fraud to me.

Scam... their products are American fakes and not authentic from the advertised country

Very shady from my experience. My order came damaged and I contacted them immediately. I got a run around for 2 1/2 weeks and then they decided I never ordered the products from them even though they acknowledged my order and photos of the damaged goids in the beginning. They said they were closing out my case and they never returned my emails after that. So I have a 1/3 of my original order that is not usable. Also watch out as I never received an official invoice from them, only a notice stating my order was shipping out. I did save all correspondences and hoping the BBB can help me.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They definitely bait and switch products pictured on their site and then claim it is a manufacturer package change and refer you to their website product disclaimer.

They lure you in with lower prices and then refuse to honor product bait and switch.

Very poor packaging and delayed shipment as well.

TOTAL SCAM - STAY AWAY!

Well... I have ordered for about 3 times now. And it was all great. And no it's not a scam, jus that their costumer service is a lil poor
