Well... I have ordered for about 3 times now. And it was all great. And no it's not a scam, jus that their costumer service is a lil poor
One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.
I guess its legit, but have a very bad customer service from my experience.
Scam. Bait and switch. Received old stale product in very dusty damaged product container. Communicated with customer service for 2 months. No resolution. Do not do business with this company.
