I received my order with three items missing. They did not explain why, and that is a negative. When I called, they told me they were out of stock, so I asked for a refund.
It took me three phone calls and ten days to get this resolved and get a refund.
That is another negative. I hope the person in charge of the company reads this and make appropriate adjustments, because now I am a little skeptical about placing another order, and I bought a lot from them before.
Item that bought in stores has more than 6 months expiration, but the one for $10 at yummy expired in 30 days. I've NEVER bought Turron that expires within 30 days especially not around the holidays and they want to give me 1/2 price credit? Keep it
I really like this site i used the app and it was fun to navigate and they have some pretty good products. The only thing I would say is that they might not get things back in stock quickly. But that was just my experience. I really like this place and you won't be upset shopping here!

It was very easy to find what I wanted and a nice change to be dealing with a company that specializes in gourmet foods rather than just general merchandise. Delivery was very fast and delicate coolies arrived in perfect condition.
I was looking for a place to buy some delicious violet flavored hard candies that one of my sons had brought me back from his trip to Paris. The only place that came up as having them was Yummy Bazaar. Happy to find them I ordered two bags of them from this company. They arrived quickly and very well packed, and there was even a sample biscotti in the box, which was a nice touch! I'm very happy to have found this company and will definitely be ordering more items from them in the future!
I wrote this question at the time of placing my order. I did not receive a response to this. Most products were shipped satisfactorily, however, some canned products were packaged and shipped only in paper wrap, therefore, 4 cans were dented and unable to be resold.
Can I purchase cases of your products?
Always have a great experience shopping online with Yummy Bazaar, the only drawback is Fedex, they leave my box on the road, and luckily I've gotten them all so far, but if I'm not home and it gets taken that will be a problem. They used to drive up and leave it down my driveway or on my porch but now it's just left either on the road or in my bushes in front of the house, which broke my bushes a couple of times already.
I am a repeat buyer from Yummy Bazaar, and have been very happy with my purchases. I like the opportunity to purchase items that are a bit more international, things I often cannot get at my local grocery store. Even for items that are in stock locally, I can get them from Yummy Bazaar at a lower cost. The shipping is unbelievably fast. The opportunity to try extra items YB includes as freebies is a huge plus in expanding my exposure to other products. Highly recommend YB, so happy with the merchandise, prices, and service.
Easy to order. But I had several discount codes to get 5-10% off. I could not get any of them to work. The next day, I made one more order. Found the coupons in a "mailbox" I was unaware of. I used that code, for free products, and it finally worked.
The quality is just super. Customer service is friendly and if you don't like something you can return it or change it for something else. So I recommend it to everyone because they are really noteworthy!

Wonderful experience, it is very expensive but it was worth it. It arrived super well packaged, on time and they sent me a gift, very satisfied. I recommend this store 100%. Also, everything fresh and tasty.

First of all everything was packaged impeccably! The price was right for everything I purchased! Shipping cost is a bit up there compared to other places but frequently have codes to help make up for that!
I ordered 20 jars of Crastan Effervescent for a small Italian deli I manage. Out of 20 jars nine had damaged seals. Two of those nine jars had the lids open. I contacted Yummy and got the classic run around for two and a half weeks saying they'll review this until the decision came back that they did not sell me the jars of Crastan because 3 of the jars had price labels. I labeled those before I realized the problem with the seals. They closed my case and have not returned my messages since. I'm enclosing the photo I sent them of six jars which they said was not distinguishable. Flying under the radar as I never received a formal receipt from them so keep your emails!
I wanted a product that was no longer available in the store where I shop. Since I loved the pickles so much I went on line to see if I could find them YummyBazaar had them and I placed my order. Every jar was wrapped in bubble wrap and was perfectly in order when received. I would recommend Yummy and plan to shop here again if i need something in the future.
I've used this website for over a year now and they have not let me down yet. Hopefully they continue being a high quality source for the somewhat rare products I'm interested in ordering. The packages arrived with EXCELLENT packing. The package could have been thrown at a wall and it probably would have been fine.

I was always happy with the product and the company always delivered promptly until this Christmas. I ordered delivery person said he delivered but when I came home there was nothing. I contacted customer service and two weeks later I was told to file a police report. I am very disappointed and won't order again. Sad because I really liked the company.
I love the variety of products and the new ones coming in very often.
The boxes are always packed with care, never had a problem.
Only issue would be the discount code we get with every purchase. It's basically the same code so if you use it once, it can't be used in the next order even if it's emailed with every new order.

Answer: One package delivered with no problems. Second package not delivered (haven't had delivery problems during the pandemic). Originally agreed to provide a [coutesy] refund and then inexplicably refused a couple of weeks later. Super shady.
