Honestly I ordered 14 days ago and I've reached out to yru about shipping issues and they still haven't responded I'm honestly confused and just hope I get my shoes in general I don't mind the quality that much because they won't be every day shoes however I spent a lot of money and want to get them
Placed an order. Company sent me the incorrect item. Started an exchange. Sent back the incorrect item. Company has made zero effort to send me back my correct item, and helpdesk has never once replied to me. These guys will STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TRUST.
The item i ordered 18 days ago never shipped, a label was created however it has not left the warehouse and YRU customer service will not respond to me. I would like my shoes, or a refund, but can't get in touch with the company, this is a $220 order and based on online reviews, I am not alone. What is going on at YRU?
Honestly really surprised at all these bad reviews. I have had nearly the exact opposite experience. I've ordered from them twice and now have 4 pairs of their shoes. All platform. Have never had any issues at all other than that I think the shoes run nearly 2 sizes big. (so it's strange to me to see people saying they run small) I'm normally a US women's 7, sometimes 8. I was worried they'd be small so I got an 8 in everything and they fit like men's sizes to me. Like I possibly could wear a 6, but definitely at most, a 7. Otherwise, I have loved every pair of shoes I have ordered.
I ordered a $165 dollar order. Processing for US domestic orders SAYS 3-7, international says 7-10. It has been almost a month now and it's still not even shipped. I sent a message to the support staff, still no response. Don't buy from them if you're looking for good service.
Edit: they responded the day after I posted this. It's going to take at least another 3-7 days for them to receive the items. I don't know if that even accounts for processing and handling. Man, it's just going to be a month and a half before I receive this. They need to update the processing times.
I don't even know where to get started on contacting the store for returns. Either way, the shoes in my size don't fit. I'm plus sized but the fact they can't zip up halfway on my leg just shows it's a badly made product. I tried on one of my friend's pair before my own arrived and it had to be adjusted in every way possible to fit me. Even then, it barely zipped a third of the way.
I brought platform sneakers that turned out to be high heeled inside?! They also turned out to be exact rip offs of a $1500 shoe. The paint came off in one wear and the over all quality is disgraceful
I attempted to order some boots on 17 September during a 50% off sale, they tried to run my card 12 times. The only email I did receive it said that my card had not been charged, despite the fact it's still remains charged. I have reached out no less than five times via email and Instagram and they have not responded. As of the is writing I have received no order confirmation or shipping notifications. After this whole ordeal (I'm still fighting to get my money back with cashapp) I don't even want the boots that I'm sure I'm never gonna see anyways. Apparently lots of folks have similar issues with this company, very disappointing.
I was in the middle of trying to purchase some shoes putting in my credit information. I accidentally placed the wrong zip code and the order didn't go through as it should, but my card was still charged the amount immediately.
What kind of site takes your money with a failed transaction? This site feels extremely sketchy and don't want my account information associated with it now.

I have waited 2 weeks and I haven't received any contact from their customer service about the issue. My bank immediately refunded my account when speaking with them. While YRU has done nothing.
Reached out to YRU Customer Service to see if it was possible to pay for expedited shipping so I could have my shoes for a specific event. They replied saying they would take care of expedited shipping so I could have my shoes in time! They arrived in time and look and feel great! Im very happy and appreciative. Can't do 5 stars because they seem to run big. Website should mention this. I wish I got one size down but the shoes are still wearable as is. Thank you YRU!
I paid $130 for Shoes on this site over a month ago. I've sent multiple emails asking when they will ship because they are for Halloween and have gotten nothing back. There is no customer support number. So literally no way of getting in contact with this site. I don't know how they are still in business with the lack of customer support they have.
Never got my shoes and I ordered like three different pairs! Complete waste of money and they wouldn't even refund me. The shoes are so cute looking but what's the point in buying if you can't even get them.
The shoes look to be fairly sturdy but I'll be selling mine as they don't fit true to size and are at least half a size too big.
When reporting an issue with their site they had three different contacts for help I could find the response time varied on each and they refused to honor the discount saying it's impossible to do a partial refund. Which they ended up doing after telling me three times it's not possible?
As a business owner myself I know its not only possible but really easy to do.
I was really unimpressed with the way they speak to clients, and their software issues.
Their return policy for international is bull. No canceling orders, no returns whatsoever.
I pre ordered some of the new Monster High boots back in December and hadn't gotten them and its nearly the end of February. So I contacted the company and it took contact them twice with my order number for them to tell me they had over sold the shoe in my size and they were refunding me my money. Yay, I got my money back. But what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them?!
This is really, really disheartening because I really wanted several pairs of the Monster High shoes but now I'm afraid to even try again for fear they're just gonna take the money and wait me out instead of me actually keeping track of my orders.
Ordered a pair of the Frankie Stein shoes and they fit amazing! Looked amazing! Just ordered the Draculaura ones and accidentally got the wrong size. They won't answer my emails that I've sent trying to exchange.
I ordered the ghoulia shoes but got the Draculara shoes instead, I reached out multiple time to try and get the correct order but have gotten no response back. I don't wear pink, please give me my black shoes
Purchased shoes that were wrong size since their size is wonky and they literally just stopped responding to my emails when I tried to return them (very shortly after purchase, few days after they arrived). 10/10 would never buy from them again, so many better companies that treat their customers better that do same style. Don't waste your time.
Had high hopes for these shoes and the company as is seen a youtube video on similar shoes to what i had bought, i ordered the Glitter Galactic platform shoes. Honestly wasted so much money. I payed an extortionate price for shipping. The shoes are clearly made in a sweat shop in china, terrible quality. Bit of foam stuck to an ugly trainer and dipped in scratchy glitter. Genuinely avoid this site, i should have done research before hand.
Bought a size 8 since I'm usually 7.5-8 but they're so small they fit my sister who is a 7-7.5. Trying to get them to send a return slip (returning for a size up) so I don't get stuck with paying for shipping and another set of duty fees and they stop responding :)) ) awful business! And not great quality shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes during the half-off sale - I got the shipping confirmation a couple of days later, then a day after that I received a message from them saying the shoes are out of stock.
There is still stock listed on their site and I could still purchase the same shoe in the same size I ordered at this very moment even though they say it is out of stock.
They need to either fix their site or not have regret for offering a 50% off sale and cancel orders.
