Since the pandemic, they dont have many of their shipping options anymore. Not really their fault but everything is way more expensive to ship. Half a year ago, i shipped something using their service after taking their advice... something was fishy since they said to put the destination country to be China even though I told them I live in the US. Anyways. The package didnt arrive of course and they never gave me a tracking number. I did bought their "insurance" which means i get shipping refunded at least if the package was lost. They insist that the package is stuck in customs, but again no tracking number just their words. When i email to asked about it, every 2 weeks, they keep telling me to be patient. Finally they said they will just refund me the shipping... 2 week later no refund. I asked about it, and they said its not lost just stuck in customs. Its been half a year! I asked, how long do i have to wait to be considered lost then? I bought insurance for god sake!
And they never respond back to me for over a week. I swear I will never used this service again! Just a bunch of fraud! I wonder if it is possible to have my bank do something about it since it's a service that was never fullfill. Please just stay away.

It's really bad agent. They keep my parcel 3 months and not ship my parcel until I talk to them. They said because the COVID-19 but I bought before the covid until now I still don't have it. Stay away.
They are clever scam artists.
They overcharge for every item.
They then ask for extra money for selected items to drain more money from you.
They then over weigh items so they can further steal money from over charging for post.
Ontop of that the post insurance is a scam, if items arrive broken they refuse to honour it.
I caught them over charging for items and asking for extra money by contacting one of the sellers who confirmed it was all a scam technique.
Then they fight to prevent refunding you, demanding you cancel dispute before refund fully knowing that you lose all buyer protections by doing so.
They then add a higher amount of money to your balance to try convince you into doing this... they have utter control over the withdrawal process so they can simply wipe the balance and leave you completely robbed.
These guys are utter scum to the highest levels.
Never EVER use these people they will rip you off steal from you.

Love this dress- I can wear it out in the summer just to be out in- or I can dress it up a bit with some easy to accessorize jewelry and nicer sandals to the 3 weddings we are going this summer- laid back with out being too casual or it can be laid back and comfy with out being too dressy. Fits perfect- I would imagine just about any body type- women dress, tops. I ordered a medium and I can wear it while I breastfeed- just cover up- I can imagine wearing it after my breasts go down in size too! That is the hardest thing for me is to find a dress this versatile. One of my favorite buys!
Ordered 2 items from yoybuy. The first arrived and the 2. Went back to China with no explanation. Now, they want to charge me again for shipping cost to get it to the USA. Stay away from this yoyfake...

I've been using the service for a few years, and i've never had any personal issues. The staff gives great customer service, and in a timely manner. Delivery before covid has been great, now it's a little longer but still great over all!

I wanted to buy a very specific product and I wasn't able to buy it directly from the chinese suppliers because I don't speak Chinese. YOYBUY did it for me. The service was very fast. It arrived fast in my country. It delayed inside my country due to the country shipping office strike and COVID. I'm very happy with the service. I will do it again
I made two purchases through this intermediary. Excellent service and excellent service. Especially I liked the fact that the intermediary is working with webmoney, it was convenient for me.
The delivery was fast, the packaging was excellent, everything came whole and not damaged.
Purchased for $312 and paid via Paypal. Account was then blocked because of a large amount. Now I have to transfer the same amount again directly to Youbuy. Then I should contact the service to activate my account again and to be able to arrange the refund to my PayPal account. Fraud!
