I'm very disappointed. The wrong book was sent to me. It was not even close in terms of title or author.At least because I purchased through Amazon I will get a refund.

Through amazon we ordered and then tried to return a hank Williams book that said music of HW and was just that-- a book of music not the story we had hoped for. YOUR ONLINE BOOKSTORE gave part of it back but kept the rest. After pleading with them to return our full money they blew us off. America desperately needs companys that go out of their way to promote helping their customers so dont ever settle for less America, and don't do business with outfits like YOUR ONLINE BOOKSTORE

I ordered a book about knitting for kids. I got a Mary Kate and Ashley book. That's not even close. No info included about how to ask for a refund. Buyer beware!

I ordered a book from them online via Abebooks. My order literally sat there for days without any acknowledgement from them. I also purchased several other books in my order from Abebooks at the same time (various other sellers). All the other books were confirmed and shipped out either that day or the next day. I checked Abebooks to see that my order from "your online bookstore" was still just sitting there saying ordered. Abebooks says it expects sellers to confirm orders within 48 hours. This seller didn't. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after waiting more than 6 business days I finally just cancelled the order and reordered the book from another seller. That seller confirmed and shipped out my order expeditiously. If you want to be treated like a customer that matters, don't purchase anything from them. They will just leave your order sitting there until they feel like they want to acknowledge your existence. If I could choose no stars I would but that's not an option.

Terrible site. Sure, they have competitive prices and decent shipping rates. But this doesn't matter if the book DOESN'T ARRIVE. Their customer service email communications is worthless in resolving issues. Case in point - ordered a book, paid for expedited shipping and was sent a Youronlinebookstore BookTroll tracking number. Well, the tracking number is invalid, and this is stated on the CSM shipping website (never heard of CSM).
I've sent multiple online requests for a valid tracking number and also sent screenshots showing that the BookTroll tracking number was invalid.
Not once did I get a valid tracking number from the company. Simply a standard copy/paste response - your book will be arriving shortly.
The book I ordered was a gift, for Christmas. Well, guess I now have to expedite it from Amazon.
Stay away from this website.

I purchased 6 books, 4 paperbacks and two hard covers from their eBay store. The paperbacks were dusty.

The hard covers were horrifying. One had so many water stains and dead insects inside of it it was appalling. The other one had water stains and a warped cover. Both had no dust covers.

They insisted I pay return shipping or just give me a 50% refund. These people are thieves.

Second time this year that I have bought books from these guys on ebay and the second time that the books were listed as being in Like New or Very Good condition and were creased, dirty and worn out. They list thousands of books a day and the negative reviews don't show up as significantly due to the sheer volume of sales.
When I contacted them about the issue they told me I would have to pay to ship the books back with return confirmation and they would issue a refund minus shipping and 20% to restock! Absolute scam.
Contacted ebay instead and hope to get a refund soon. Sellers like this give ebay a bad name.

I ordered a book through this seller on Biblio.com and the book never arrived after over 30 days. I had to threaten a dispute with Paypal before they issued a refund. Very unprofessional service. I won't use Biblio anymore at all because the other sellers I bought books from lied about the book condition and these jokers pretended to send a book that never arrived.

I bought a book from them through the Half Price Books Marketplace. When I received the book, it was the completely WRONG book! No one double checked the ISBN or even the title before sending it. Then, I had to spend my time and money to return the book. Low and behold, the book got sent back to me because it said the forwarding time had expired. NOW I have a book I didn't order in the first place and have tried to return it twice. Luckily, I found the book from a vendor that can actually read. Also, I'm glad I went through Half Price Books because they did a great job of taking care of the situation.
Double check your books BEFORE you send them and get your forwarding address taken care of for goodness sake.

I ordered a book by Judith McNaught and received The New Strategic Selling. How would you want me to return the book received in error?

Ordered a 2 volume set about mine planning which consisted of a large text book, and a small software user manual. YourOnlineBookstore did not send the main volume (text book), and refused to offer a refund until the second volume was returned at my initial expense. They also refuse to consider refunding shipping costs unless the book was returned via an uninsured, untracked economy courier which I'm told by my Post Office will take months to arrive from the UK). Luckily my order was through Amazon UK, who have refunded me under their A-Z Guarantee scheme.

I ordered a book from them through biblio.com. Before the book arrived, I received an email from them with an invalid tracking number so I don't know when the book was delivered. Then when I went to pick up the book at the ship address, they had sent me an old, outdated version. When I contacted them about a refund the seller asked for the ISBN and claimed the book they sent is correct and included the year published as 1992. The book I received has a year of 1987 and the book cover they posted on their listing did not match with the book I received! They tried to pass off an old book to me and claimed they sent the correct, advertised version! Biblio, com promptly cancelled my order with them and I am awaiting my refund. I will never order from this seller again! This seller deserves a Negative Rating!

I made 3 orders in one day. I was so excited about the books and prices. Huge mistake. Got emails that 3 books couldn't be found (but that's extremely "rare" ha!). I still haven't received a refund for those titles. One "new" book had green crayon scribbled on all the puzzles. A "good" condition book had bite marks taken out of the corners. And, I received a paperback instead of a hardcover of another title. What a mess. I was told to ship the books back at my expense via ground mail to get a refund. What? They were mailed to me via media mail in plastic bags. Seriously. No padding or protection. These aren't my mistakes, but I have to pay for their errors. Never again. They could have had a loyal repeat customer. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered and Paid for a hard copy of Kite Runner for a client. 3x I have been sent a soft copy. Cannot return the soft covers and my client is very upset with me, when it is not my fault. Get it together A (o)s.

Just received a book from "Your Online Bookstore" Houston" via abebooks. They offered a rare title about italian Renaisscance. What I got is book about" Catechism of the Catholic Church" withinthe the bookcover Italian Renaissance. After complaining I was told that I have to send it back within 5 businessdays (I´am in Germany) Otherwise I will get back only 50% of the purchase of the book. Beware! This is fraud. You order a title, then they send you some junk like "Catechism of the Catholic Church". If you don´t send the book back, they give 50% back. A fine business.

The reply:

"I will issue your refund when I receive the book back as long as you ship it via USPS Media Mail and it is postmarked within the next 5 business days. Upon receipt, we will inspect and credit you through the website within 3 business days. You should receive an email confirmation once the transaction has processed.

If you prefer to keep the book or if returning it is not an option for you I would be willing to offer you a 50% discount off the purchase price of the book. Please let me know which option you would prefer.

I ordered a student math textbook from them on Wed 08/04/15, through Valore Books. Received it on Mon 08/10/15. The packaging was extremely secure. Book was in "New" condition exactly as described and was the exact one as listed. I was thoroughly satisfied with this transaction!

I saw the books on Amazon other sellers, so I just went directly to their site and ordered. It was a set of sports books for my son that he had requested. I ordered them and paid by Paypal. I received Paypal confirmation that day, but didn't receive order confirmation from youronlinebookstore until 16 days later with NO shipping information included. I inquired about shipping and they shipped it the next day. The books arrived 26 days after I paid for them. No explanation was provided about the delay and my inquiries about it were ignored. After 3 emails replied to with pat, standard answers about when my order was processed, I finally got someone who apologized and said they'd had computer problems. That took way too long- the order and the explanation.
