Talk about saving me trouble! I check for items on Amazon and Walmart. Especially at Christmas when shopping is a huge pain and I have even less time than my usual lack of time. Whoever has it cheaper, I purchase online. Amazon ships to my door- free with Prime (totally worth it). Walmart ships to my door if I want, but usually I do Site To Store, and pick up within hours to a few days, depending on availability. No lines, no hassle, and still have Walmart's great return policy!

If I buy Amazon and have any issue at all, I just send an Amazon chat, and they handle it right there. I buy so much and have to return occasionally. Never had a problem. I tend to buy only from Amazon directly, for big, possibly need to return type items. Their other sellers are kind of like potluck, like on Ebay, but Amazon will step in for a refund where necessary if you do it soon.

I saw the books on Amazon other sellers, so I just went directly to their site and ordered. It was a set of sports books for my son that he had requested. I ordered them and paid by Paypal. I received Paypal confirmation that day, but didn't receive order confirmation from youronlinebookstore until 16 days later with NO shipping information included. I inquired about shipping and they shipped it the next day. The books arrived 26 days after I paid for them. No explanation was provided about the delay and my inquiries about it were ignored. After 3 emails replied to with pat, standard answers about when my order was processed, I finally got someone who apologized and said they'd had computer problems. That took way too long- the order and the explanation.
