Since 2015 when I opened the account with Your Best Address I had only good experiences. We are full time RVers and have been using Your Best Address mail forwarding service for several years. We notify them every week or two where we would like our mail sent and it always arrives in two or three days! Easy and efficient! The experience is always positive! I am still waiting for the closing of my account mail after 13 days from January 6th, 2022 and YBA claims it could be that the mail is slow. I checked again with the post office and they said that the mail is not slow. I have asked YBA what they have sent besides a check on my balance of postage. I couldn't get insured in SD without an official RV (although I didn't know this at first); I cancelled my request for a mail forwarding address (with YBA) and asked for confirmation all the personal information I sent them would be shredded. I did not get a response back from either Bill or Evan (even though I told them this was important to me due to past fraud).
