I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing, as my review if the same as the others. The shoes took forever to get here (about two months). They are from China. I am attempting to return but I'm sure that won't go well and I will end up eating what I paid for them. They look nothing like the cute shoe in the picture that's advertised. They are completely tacky and awful quality. Very disappointed. Do not purchase from Yore-Chic!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, it took almost a month and 2 emails for my order to be shipped. Wheni received the order, it was wrong. Sent customer service an email... this time no response. I will never order from this place again

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and a top. The top was ordered as 2X but might fit a medium not to mention there were threads hanging from every end and very horribly made. The shoes were wrong size and defective. I was offered a 30% discount to keep them, but I wanted the 100% refund. Their response was "it will cost you a lot of money to return" so we will give you a 40% refund. Also they told me to look in the bag for the missing pearl and glue it back on. I finally put both shoes on and after 3 steps they broke! I've yet to see my refund and the products are absolute garbage. I would give them a 0 if that were an option! DO not order from this company, it's obviously a scam!

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid extra for express shipping to obtain the shoes in time to give as a birthday gift, but when the date arrived and no order had been fulfilled, I canceled the order and requested my money back. There has been no response from the online email address. The website is a scam. The company is based on China and only accepts Paypal because credit card companies refuse to deal with it. I guess I am fortunate that I lost only $35. Don't make the same mistake that I made.

I ordered two clothing items and two pair of shoes. Neither of the tops fit(unless your a tiny Chinese woman or a child) and two different sized shoes. After reading some of these reviews I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund. One pair of shoes fit enough to wear Mowing the yard but the quality and look are awful. I have $90.00 + dollar yard shoes. Plus it took two months to get them. THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS! Do not waste your money buying anything from here! Sure wish I had investigated before I bought from them. Lesson learned

After receiving my order seven weeks after the order date, I found I needed to return shoes as they came in wrong size. No invoice or packing slip came with the order, literally no info at all. I immediately went online and after much digging I emailed *******@yorechic.com to request return instructions. I have contacted them six times already and keep getting a response comprised entirely in Chinese. What? THREE times I have asked them to send in English - nope, again in Chinese. This company is entirely and intentionally unresponsive. STAY AWAY.

Items received were nothing like pictures on website. The blouses were very poor quality. There was horrible stitching on clothing and shoes are wrong size and poorly made. Website made the cloth look like linen. Received very thin cotton mix fabric (see through).
Please avoid this website and save yourself money and time.

This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. I got one email from their customer service that said that demand exceeded supply. I have requested a refund several times with no response and ended up reporting them to econsumer.gov. Lesson learned for me to check out online companies better before I make a purchase. It wasn't that much money but I can't stand being screwed over by bad companies. Watch those foreign companies who advertise on social media too!

Compare the pictures. First one is what I received and 2nd one is what is advertised on their site. Not the same shoe. The zipper tabs are plastic, there are no frayed edges, the fabrics looks like a cheap pair of jeans, and no leather-look tab on the outside of the shoe. There also is a strong smell of airplane glue which I assume means the shoe is mostly glued together. I ordered them May 7, my card was charged $33.99 on May 9 and I finally received them on June 4. Quite honestly I'm concerned about the materials and wouldnt wear them even if they were attractive, which they're not. I learned my lesson about ordering off Instagram. I'm just glad it wasn't too expensive a lesson because I see from other posts that returns are impossible.

I wish I saw the last review before ordering from this company. Same thing happened. I ordered in April, product didn't come till 2 months later and the shoes suck. Horrible quality. Can't walk in the shoes they are so hard. Tried to follow their instructions for returns and yes, you get an automatic postmaster email, in CHINESE (hit the translate button), only to say that "insufficient mailbox space... cannot receive". How convenient! And of course, this mailbox space is never cleared out as I tried several times over a course of a week, just to get the same email. They are a huge scam and I got GOT. Please don't let this happen to you.
