I love these STUNNING heels! Gorgeous just like the photos and durable. Just pay close attention to the size charts and measure your feet. I usually size down a half size for heels but found no need to with their sizes. The shoes might come with a factory smell but they air out with a day or two. In my opinion, worth saving hundreds :) I feel like a queeeen when I wear these shoes and I've held off buying them for so long because I didn't realize there was this affordable option.
It's been 2 months today since I ordered from YOIN. My order still isn't here and I have heard nothing about my order. I paid the whole amount and still nothing. At time point I'm feeling as if I was scammed out of money. I emailed YOIN and message them on Facebook nothing. You can't call the number they have on site, I just want my money back. I will never order from here again. If I could give no stars I would definitely!

When I order enough items to qualify for "express shipping" and one or more items are back ordered, those items get shipped "standard shipping". This causes huge delays in the delivery dates. Not good.
The 3 star review is because of losing the express shipping because of splitting the orders.

My first order from Yoins went ok. I kept two out of the three items. I was not aware items were being shipped from China. Took several weeks to receive, and return process was frustrating. You have to request to return item with a picture of item, which I thought was odd. Then they email back telling you can send item back. Emailed return postage and again have to take a picture. Then wait... for credit. Probably will not use them again, even thou they have cute products.

I ordered two items. It turned out after few days that one of them is out of stock. Firstly i was talking with one of the girls from Yoins that I think was working for her first week. Then after 3 weeks (!) I wrote in support window on the website and finally I got conected with Ada who is somebody informed and competent! I hope my order will get as soon as possible to me! Rachel and her team are extremely helpful and very professional. I had problems with my order and she certainly went the extra mile to give me a solution.
They have no control over the delivery time... which certainly SUCKS, but Rachel explained to me the possibilities once my order got lost and she was extremely helpful.

It says 5-7 days and it never happens. My item was delivered almost a month after the online purchase. The company should invest for a better service in that matter. I am always buying online and other companies from far away make it on time or at least let the client know if its gonna take 3 weeks or more.

Ada from chat customer service is great! Helpful and competent! I never knew the items were out of stock when odering, and if I never reached out to Ada, I would've waited a long time for all of the items to arrive at once. Which obviously is misrepresented on the website with the fast delivery time frame. With Ada's help, the alternative is that my out of stock items will be shipped separately later, when they restock. I have not seen the quality or size of the garments yet, but will review again when the time comes!

Ordered three outfits and two have come it's been almost a week since thy arrived and the third one I ordered at the same time has not Arrived and is on the tracker as back ordered I was pleased with the service up until this point what should I do?
