Rachel and her team are extremely helpful and very professional. I had problems with my order and she certainly went the extra mile to give me a solution.
They have no control over the delivery time... which certainly SUCKS, but Rachel explained to me the possibilities once my order got lost and she was extremely helpful.
Regarding their products... which I finally got two months later... literally... well lets say they look nicer in the webpage.
