I love these STUNNING heels! Gorgeous just like the photos and durable. Just pay close attention to the size charts and measure your feet. I usually size down a half size for heels but found no need to with their sizes. The shoes might come with a factory smell but they air out with a day or two. In my opinion, worth saving hundreds :) I feel like a queeeen when I wear these shoes and I've held off buying them for so long because I didn't realize there was this affordable option.

I made a very large order over a month ago. 2 weeks into thw order I had to supplement another large amount towards import tax (not mentioned on the site!)
It has been over a month and no clothes, and the customer service is slow to respond and won't look into the matter.
I placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received my shoes. I have emailed twice and no one has responded.
Their customer service are just bots sending you automated responses. Got sent a tracking number for DHL and 11 days in DHL tells me they NEVER received the package, it still needs to be sent by them. When contacted by email I have 11 responses from somebody signed "Lawrence" that literally just keeps cutting and pasting the first email word for word. When asked for information on who they sent it with I get a screen shot of a travel agency that sells airline tickets. Go to live chat and WORD FOR WORD the same response from the email. They are all automated bot answers and today, writing to you from DHL's OFFICE DHL, has assured me THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER that they had to forward to me. Yoins is not interested in helping me. DHL HAS NO DELAYS in logistics, so basically I was robbed of 173 euros by Yoins. I dont have faith to ever get my package.

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
They sent me the wrong item and never replied to my emails,

I bought a couple of shirts for myself and something for my grandma. For 3 items, I paid 60 dollars, which wouldn't be so bad if I actually received real clothing. Instead, I got stuff that seemed like it came from Wish. It was cheap and awful fabric, the texture of a shower curtain. One of the shirts was completely botched and unwearable, the buttons grossly misaligned from the holes and unevenly spaced. The button holes were barely edged with stitching at all, so thin wisps of thread hung from each button hole. The other shirt wasn't as bad, but the buttons were awful plastic buttons that look like garbage and the fabric was this suffocating and scratchy polyester. The jacket I got for my grandma was this weird fake wool material and wasn't anything close to what it was advertised to be. The photos on the website for each item showed gorgeous clothing that looked nothing like what I received in style, material, and design. Completely terrible experience, and the fact that this cost me sixty dollars was ridiculous. The items were worth MAYBE two dollars each by their material and cheap production quality alone. I would never buy from this store, even if it was the only option.

I ordered something in September 2022 and paid an extra fast delivery, aprox. 7 days. It should be at my adress on Sept 29 2022. And to this day (Dec 12 2022) it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company too many times and nobody answered me. I am very angry and I want my money back! On the app it is shown that my order is still in the "processing" file, but of course the same day I ordered, my money was taken from my bank account.

I've placed quite a few orders with Yoins. I am always pleased with their products, but the last four orders I've made has problems on Yoins' side. They do not contact me when the problem arises and I have had to contact them all four times to inquire why my order hasn't even shipped yet. Products show on their site as being available and then I find out the some products are out of stock. I've asked to speak to management, they tell me to just email the same email that the regular customer service responds to. They have never offered to make my "inconvenience" right by at least offering a discount code or something for the next time. Just that they are sorry that it happened. Every time. For the same reason. I don't know that the products/clothing are worth the headache of dealing with them. Looking into Shein and some other sites as this is so frustrating to deal with.

I purchased 3 dresses from the website and was happy to see that they had free returns within 30 days. I have sent 12 emails to customer service and they as yet failed to send return information. I purchased through Yoins a couple of months ago and was very disappointed that half of the order did not fit and the clothing measurements were smaller than what was stated online. I contacted the company for a refund for about half of the order which they initially responded to. After that, they just stopped replying to my emails. I have sent several follow up emails with no response. I have not received my refund. The customer service at this company is terrible, the quality of the clothes was very low which you can expect from their pricing, but I still expected better than what it was. They still owe me money. I would never ever ever purchase from this company again.
