I wanted to take a few moments to tell everyone what wonderful experiences I have had with Yodle. From the time I first came into contact with the company to now, I have received excellent care and response from them. Being an office manager of a dental practice I am often busy and anytime I have needed their assistance it has been immediate.

We have them administer our website and we are able to easily track our leads from the website and/or any advertising we do with them from a single webpage called our "dashboard'. If we happen to have a current client call us from the web page we can adjust whether or not it is a new lead or current client. It is always difficult to track your ROI or return on investments, but with Yodle, it is made easy. In addition you can have them manage your pay per click ads if you choose to use them. This helps because then you do not need a staff member to monitor that. We have had great success with the help of Yodle. Thank you Yodle and all of the staff there!

They are a rip off. They do not deliver at all. They waste your money and then refuse to take your call to cancel the service. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I decided to sign up with Yodle to generate more clients for my property management business. I was convinced by a very pushy salesperson that I would be placed on the first page of Google within a couple days of signing up and I would receive many calls and emails-- more business than I could probably handle. It has been 2 months now and I have yet to be placed on the first page of Google and I have yet to receive one single legitimate call or email lead from using Yodle's services. The main reasons for this is (1) I can't find the website they made for me on Google at all, and (2) the website they made for me is horrible. I would never contact a company with a website like the one they designed for me. It is extremely generic. It has no real content whatsoever. It actually looks like a fake website.

I have tried to cancel the service but I am locked into a 3 month agreement. The only way I was able to get out of it was to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and someone from Yodle contacted me within 2 days and set up the cancelation. So my suggestion to those of you who are also locked into a contract-- go to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent Service!

I own a web development firm and was introduced to Yodle from a client that I am the web manager for. Given my line of work, I have extensive experience in the world of SEO and page ranking. There are unfortunately a lot of shady companies out there that promise you the world and only end up performing well for the first month or so, then they push you to the side while you continue to pay monthly, Yodle is NOT one of these companies! The staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable and most importantly (in my opinion at least) all staffed in the US with clear and precise english speaking support when on the phone instead of outsourcing customer care, they handle it here in the US and keep our jobs here! Every rep I have spoken with has been great, especially the most recent I dealt with, Jaime Jimenez, I'd hire him myself in a heartbeat if he didn't already work for a great company;-) Overall, outstanding service that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. They offer the complete package with their pricing and service, this is seriously unbeatable program when compared with other services in the industry!

Yodle has done SO much for our small business! We signed up roughly 4 months ago and now get about half of our business from it!

We were very hesitant to even sign up because we were with another SEO company that promised great results and let us down immensely. We had been with the previous company for about 5 months and hadn't gotten ONE call! But then we spoke to Robert, a Yodle Marketing Consultant. He was well-informed about our industry, spoke intelligently about the process and ended up changing our minds after one phone call!

Within the first couple of weeks we were already getting calls from the Yodle AdverSite that they create. The site contains lots of relevant information about Apex Chip Fix & Auto Glass that the glean from our website and a couple of quick questions over the phone. Within a week we had this whole new website advertising our business in our region. Then within the first couple of months, just as Robert said, we saw our listing rise to the first page of Google Maps.

We have decided to keep Yodle on as our only SEO company. It is such an affordable service that we can make up the monthly charge with only one customer that Yodle sends our way! I highly recommend working with Yodle to see where they can take your business!
