Though we have only been using the service for about a week, Yodle has already become an important and useful tool for our office. Before we had no web presence whatsoever, now we're appearing on the first page of Google for several combinations of keywords.
The dashboard is very easy to use and intuitive. I was pleased with how much information regarding our ads campaign we're able to see and having audio recording of phone call leads is invaluable.
Customer service has been fantastic as well, the Yodle team was very accommodating to us when initially setting our consultation appointment and it's been easy and painless to get in contact with them since for any questions or revisions to our website that we've needed.
After numerous failed attempts interacting with their software, I called and asked to break contract. Not only did I allow myself to be pressured into the initial subscription, but when I called to see what options were available they tried to squeeze me for more money. When I got not no help or any relief from the contract I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company and cancel my card so they could not keep making charges to it. Stay away from this company their high pressure tactics will sucker you in as well. I am disgusted at the way they handle their "customers". What a joke! If someone isn't satisfied get over it and move on! Don't try to make them pay additional money to exit the program.
Yodle over promised and under delivered. That sums it up nicely.
My bottom line was not positively impacted at all. They did not deliver the type of calls or "clicks" I requested. Total waste of money. They string you along with continued promises that they are able to do better and will. They never met those promises. The company even made a last ditch effort to keep me on board by making additional adjustments. Yodle was a day late and several dollars short. Needless to say, their last minute efforts also failed. Never again. The only reason I gave Yodle one star is because it was the only way I could submit this review.

I spent over $8,000 over a three-month period and got lots of wrong numbers, calls from out-of-state who cannot use our service, and they continue to charge my credit card without my authorization for the fourth month and refused to refund the money. Very aggressive on selling but fall short on result, and in general bad business practice. I do not recommend it at all.
Yodle took action quickly. In the first 30 days I have had 20 contacts and 5 are good and 1 booked for an appointment. My firm is organically showing up on the first page of a Google search. So far, I'm pleased with Yodle.
Sales rep outright lied about the amount of traffic coming from my area - claimed 400+ searches for, specifically, masonry work. Not possible since the area has a population of about 2000, low permit issues so far this year. Told the sales person the numbers can't be real, that her boss is lying to her. Decided to try the service anyway, with lower expectations, because I had been thinking of expanding my part-time workload. Got two calls for $100 repair jobs from 200 miles away. Modified my area to nearby only and got spam phone calls only. $1200 for these results.

We signed up with Yodle last fall and initially had a slow start with receiving decent leads. We contacted our marketing consultant to express our concerns and he was extremely helpful and attentive and worked with us on ideas to improve our site. I have always received great customer service and calls back immediately from our marketing consultant. They say that it takes at least 2-3 months to see results, and since the beginning of this year we have seen a significant increase in leads and job conversions. I would recommend using their services and if it does not work there is no long-term commitment.
For me, it is the relationship with your customer service representatives that makes your company outstanding. Every person I have talked to was helpful and concerned and followed through. My last call with Scott was another example of a very pleasant and positive exchange as we problem solved together my next step in advertising. Thank you very much!
I was apprehensive about utilizing Yodle, since I am a very small firm, with limited income. After only 3 months, my referrals have doubled, making their service most cost effective. Yodle's professionalism, expertise, and outstanding services are head and shoulders above their competitors. I would highly recommend them to any business, both small and large.

I've been with Yodle for almost three months and have already got some new roofing jobs from their leads. Things were pretty slow during the first month but really picked up after that. I'm hearing from homeowners that find me on the Internet and am now so swamped that I may hire someone else for my business. Only rating it with 4 starts, the reason behind it has to do with the price I have to pay monthly with them. But overall, I love the increase of potential customers that call inquiring about our services.
My company’s goal when we signed up with yodle was to boost our success with heating and air conditioning by targeting the generator market. They built our campaign based on that type of advertising. Now our sales from generator customers have increased over 50%.
Working with the coaches on my email campaign and requesting reviews has been very enjoyable thus far. Speaking with Thomas, who patiently guided me in uploading my database, editing emails, and the process for requesting reviews from recent clients was invaluable. I'm looking forward to great results that I'm sure will come, once I fully implement this service!
What I really like about yodle is that they give me measurable results. It doesn’t make sense to market any other way. With other types of advertising you don’t have a way to figure out the exact return on your investment. I know exactly what clients came from my yodle service. In my most recent campaign I’ve already received eight new clients.
Shame on me for not taking Yodle's negative reviews seriously enough! We spent a lot of money and time and did not receive one new client! The calls we got from our Yodle sight were either wrong numbers or from existing customers. Please DO NOT believe the Yodle sales pitch. It is too good to be true.
We've had a very positive experience using Yodle for the online marketing of our business. The company has very comprehensive dashboard interface that makes reviewing our current marketing stats and incoming lead calls very easy at any time. We also have a great Yodle representative, Taylor W., who is very pro-active on following up with us on our account and conducts weekly phone conferences with us to help tune our marketing message and always has different ideas and strategies in which to better improve the results we get from Yodle.
As any business owner will tell you, marketing your business isn't cheap, but when you get this quality of service as well as an immediate increase in business, every penny we spend with Yodle is well worth it. Cheers Taylor!
Yodle is a very user friendly site. For someone not as technologically advanced as the rest of the world, yodle's programs and system set ups were easy to follow. I have seen a dramatic increase in my business in less than two weeks.
We signed up our law firm with yodle. We were promised the world and got little to nothing in return. The "leads" are absolute BS because they basically count everyone who calls you as a lead (even solicitations from other companies!). I was warned about them shortly after hiring them but gave them the benefit of the doubt (my mistake). We decided to stop throwing good money after bad money and cut our losses. Do yourself a favor, save some money and look elsewhere to advertise.

I was definitely skeptical about signing up. Anytime you get a cold call out of the blue you always know it's going to be a gimmick. But, we actually listened to what the sales person had to say and it actually made sense. The presentation was really solid. So far in the past three months, we've gotten over 60 calls and emails and at least 10 new patients from it. They were able to make our Chiropractic Practice, West Hills Chiropractic, unique and let us be branded throughout google and yahoo. We are happy with how we can listen to the phone calls so we can tell our front desk what went right and what went wrong when a new patient calls and looks for a chiropractor.

I signed up with them in September 2014. I wanted to generate leads through the internet and they made unrealistic promises. I got 1 lead after 6 months and $2600. What a waste. I have learned my lesson. I got more calls from people looking for Blue Cross customer service. Explain that?

I've been using yodle's services for well over two years. They have been professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Joshua Robinson and the folks at yodle have been very attentive to my companys needs, always making sure my site is up and running attracting new customers for me. What can I say, my phone rings, I am busy... all thanks to the guys at yodle! I receive calls from other marketing firms on a regular basis. I tell them no thank you... I'm staying with yodle!
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
