It took over a week for my items to ship out even though it was listed on the site to only take 24 Hours. After that, I wasn't even given any information on its whereabouts or a tracking number. Emailed yesstyle 5 times and never got a response. I tried speaking to a representative 7 times and was always denied. I spent a lot of money on this order and i'm already disappointed with this brand and doubt i'll ever order again. If you're looking to buy from here don't expect to get any responses from customer service. You have better luck on stylevana.
I have been looking.at this site for about a year really wanting to buy so many things from it! Finally I saved up money to buy what I thought was THE cutest wallet which cost me quite a bit for a wallet. The wallet came in 2 days later than expected. I was excited to open it up and was shocked to find that the wallet was not the best quality for its price and the picture. A week later the bow on the wallet (which was it's main asset) came off without any reason. I'd barely used it so I called customer service to see if I could do about it and they said since it's been "used" they couldn't do anything about it :( I really wanted to buy more products but after this there's no way.
Always great prices, I love the membership system and always have had good shipping times. Products have always been good quality, nicely wrapped in a convenient box. Whenever I had a question about customs, I got a reply within 24 hours. Before Coronavirus, the shipping would always get here way before the estimated time but even with the virus it got here a few days before. I have placed around 6 orders over a 2 year period and haven't had a bad experience. Highly recommend.
I bought a few pair of shirts and a pair of pants from yesstyle a while ago. It did take a while for the package to get to me but I am pretty used to that (always do internet shopping). I had been measuring for all of the clothes so when I got them I was happy that they did not lie about the sizes! However I bought a pair of cute, high waisted pants that has several buttons. They actually look really good on me and fit nicely but... the button holes were not cut up(?) I contacted their customer service and after sending them pictures I DID NOT get my money back, but instead got a coupon to use for another purchase. Well maybe not what you would want at first, BUT! It turned out to be a win-win for me because they did not want the pants back, so I just took a scissor and fixed it myself! Now I got a coupon for later and a pair of pants so it could have turned out much worse i guess...
I have been shopping with YesStyle for years. I live in the US and they ship from Korea. Not ONCE has there been a missing/wrong item in any of my orders! Even the samples they say they will send are always correct (more than I can say for Sephora, Ulta, and pretty much every other company, LOL). The prices are VERY inexpensive compared to buying the same products from US based companies and the shipping is super fast! Even in the height of 2020 Corona the packages arrived in 7 to 10 days and not a second later!
I have never had a worse online shopping experience in my life--no exaggeration. It took them 13 days to ship my item and when I received it, it was HIDEOUS. Upon trying to return it, I found out you have to get authorization from them to do so. Seriously? Their website is down, no one is answering their US phone number, and their Canada phone number is a dead line. This place is definitely a scam.
I ordered yesstyle clothes once and regretted. It is low quality and totally different from the pictures. However, I try this time and hope everything will be fine. If not, I will never visit yesstyle again.
I ordered my clothes about four weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. I mean, I get it. I live in the United States and Asia is a long way away but still, I ordered from another Asian site and I got the clothes within 3 weeks. Don't know why it's taking so long.
WORST delivery services. If the product is not in stock they should mention before ordering, it is already a month did not get my products. If you cant meet client commitments please stop promoting in public platforms dont waste our time and money. Orelse just take money when you can deliver the products. Please dont con people if you cant do it. Till now i have never given any one 1 star but your service department is the worest
I have not been able to track my shipment its been over a month so i am reordering the same dress since i loved it so much the first time. I have contacted the CEO but i still dont know where my shipment is? Need a way to track it down and a easier courier method than the postal office.
It is a really trustable site and you do save a lot of money, but you want to order things a month or so in advance or have great patience with it. I ordered 6 things and it didn't ship off until a little over a month later because they were waiting for a product that was out of stock and took a good 3 weeks to get there.it then didn't ship out for another week, and if you decide to use the free standard shipping option it take 10-14 days to get there EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. So be awake of the amount of time it takes to get to your home, and also be aware that the tracking number won't come into play for about 3-5 business days after you package was shipped off. So either make sure that all of your products are in-stock when you purchase or pay the few extra bucks for the Express shipping option so it gets to your home faster. But either way your gonna need to be very patient waiting for that box of stuff to actually get there. But the good thing is nothing came damaged.
I really like to buy in this shop because they have a lot of products that I can't buy in my country, but the prices are too high comparing to others pages that sell the same things, so I recommend check in another pages before buy in yesstyle.
Very good products. I could find everything I wanted and the prices where ok. But the webside needs a lot of improvement. Everything from its design to its user-friendliness is awful. Like useless search bar, non clickable buttons and super slow when updating.
Am I the only one who has noticed that the 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from people whose only reviews have been for YesStyle? Sounds fishy to me. This place, and others like it, are complete ripoffs. Regardless of where they ship from, they are all made in China which is notorious for "hiring" (if you want to call it that, it's more like enslaving) children and then not paying them or even abusing them. I wouldn't buy anything from them again if I had a gun to my head. JollyChic, DressLily, YesStyle, they are all the same. Cheap for cheap. If it looks to good to be true, it is. It may cost more, but keep your business in the U.S. At the end of the day, you get higher quality and a clear conscience.
I had to call them to chase them up after a week of placing my order, the only email I had was my order confirmation and no other emails to update on the progress of my order. They told me two of the other items would take 2 weeks to get back in stock so it won't be until next year I would get my order! I asked if they have some of the other items can they just send those whilst the 2 of the items that would take 2 weeks can be sent later on. They refused to so the only thing they could do was cancel my order. Greatly disappointed as I put in order for over £100
I had ordered over a few hundred us dollars from this site. It is ok until I tried to return one item. The website is obviously doing a large volume of business in the US from Hong Kong. Yet, yesstyle opted to conduct their business practice by making the return process unfriendly by making the return process unclear, and the end result is making the process very prolonged. Not sure if I will order again after I experienced this unfair business process against customers.
I paid $45 for item/tax/shipping then FINALLY received it, but don't like the quality. ALL returns are ONLY store credit. I went online and got an RMA label, and paid $10 to mail it back.
After waiting a few weeks, I contacted them for my store credit. They said they never received the item, and that I needed to provide them with the tracking number before they would assist me. I couldn't find the receipt. Both Ann G then Joshua C told me in their very polite language to go f. Ck off.
THIS IS FRAUD! Their return policy doesn't state that the customer is responsible for providing a tracking number.
So now I've paid $55 for a cheap item that I don't even have and was basically told to "f. Ck off" when I inquired about the credit.

I buy a lot from them. Now, I am a gold member. The item quality is ok, but sometimes it is bad. Recommend buying the items have a high rating and many feedback or Korean products on sale. However, when I bought a skirt from Chuu, a Korean brand, they gave me a wrong one which is made in China. The skirt looks good but I'm still very disappointed. I also bought another skirt from a Korean brand and that one is very good. The material is thick and I look cute on it. I just buy some more skirts made in China. Let's see how it works at this time.
Only buying clothes, accessories, and bags or maybe home and lifestyle stuffs. I like hats. I buy several hats from them and I think it's good enough. For cosmetics, waiting for a very good deal because you can find a cheaper one from the Korean websites. Sometimes, they have a good price. I just buy some shoes from them today. I have never bought shoes on Yesstyle because I am worried about the size and material. So, I am waiting for it. :)
Clothes do not match the description on the website, they do not look as shown in the pictures. Very disappointed at the fact that if clothes need to be returned it, they do not credit your original form of payment, you get store credit instead.
The shipping is fast because i live in asia. The costumer service is also alright. I have bought many times in this site so its all good. I hope that they will deliver well because i bought $70 worth of goods from Yesstyle today and im also getting anxious.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
