I ordered XL size for all but turned like sizes 14 or 16 for Girls. The fabric and sewing quality were bad. Never going to buy from yesstyle ever.
DO NOT TRUST YESSTYLE! They are scammers, have hundreds of complaints, 2.8 rating, tracking is awful, the products are cheap, customer service is the worst & they WILL CHARGE your card, then send you an email telling you your card could not be validated & pay again via PayPal! No matter how many cards you use etc. its the same auto email telling you to pay via PayPal.
I would have liked my shirt to at least have a secured seam and not have a long string coming out, it was a really big concern since I was looking forward to it. I also bought a varsity jacket which is literally as thin as 2 pieces of paper stacked and the pants I bought were not really worth getting. I just returned my items but I would like to note that they don't give you your money back, they want you to keep buying their products so they give you points which annoys me. If you prefer quality over a few dollars more, go to places like uniqlo or wait for a holiday and mass haul from stores like gap or A&F. I spent 50$ to get free shipping and am now stuck with 50$ worth of points that I will never touch.

My patience has run out with this company! Covid was the lame $#*! excuse they gave me. My items have been in California for over 2 freaking weeks. I have ordered from many other businesses and never had this issue. I told them I want a full refund asap and even wrote the CEO (lets see if he or she responds). They need to ship their bull$#*! back to wherever it is coming from. It is NOT within estimated delivery time especially we pay extra for fast delivery and told a specific date. It has already been 7 weeks.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute WORST online buying experience! It takes a hundred years for anything to ship and even longer to get a response from customer service. Don't expect transparency with your orders. What you can expect is high blood pressure and a massive headache.
We ordered a number of pieces from this online retailer. All but one had an improper fit, manufactured badly or made cheaply. I tried to return most of the order, at my expense, and the return was refused. We will NEVER buy from Yesstyle again and I have told my family that I don't enjoy paying for clothes to come into the country and then have to pay for them to leave the country. This was an expensive mistake, one I do not plan to repeat.
WORST delivery services. If the product is not in stock they should mention before ordering, it is already a month did not get my products. If you cant meet client commitments please stop promoting in public platforms dont waste our time and money. Orelse just take money when you can deliver the products. Please dont con people if you cant do it. Till now i have never given any one 1 star but your service department is the worest
One of the items in my order was not in stock. I waited for three weeks for it to be "ready to ship". That's fine because I know maybe the item is in another warehouse or even another country. All the items in my order are ready to ship, yet many days later, the order is still not shipped! How long does it take for things, that are in stock, to be shipped? This waiting time is ridiculous. I just read on Reddit that many customers had the same issue. Some of them waited for several months for their orders to be shipped even though all the items are in stock and ready to ship! Yesstyle should be much clearer on what is ready to ship!
I made an order on 8/27/22, and paid express delivery, at the time of the order they didn't show that one item was not in stock., after I placed the order and notice that more than seven passed without a delivery, when I paid for Express DELIVERY, they say they don't have one of the items, so I tried unsuccessfully to get the rest of the order to be delivery, their customer service is very bad, today is 9/20/22 and my order status still under processing.
Yesstyle items are a better alternative for fast fashion than other websites out there. However, the process of returning items is such a stressing and horrible experience. I've waited 2 months for any sort of refund because they got the information mixed up. They don't cover the return shipping either which I paid almost $20 for. Best bet for unwanted items is to resell it.
Unless their return shipping improves, I don't think I'll be purchasing from them for fear of wrong sizes and not being able to get my money back. A true waste of money.
The products, coming from Asia, are often very low quality and any wording/letters on garments are often jumbled messes with absolutely no cohesion or comprehensibility. Though items may be advertised as "usually shipped within 24 hours", they often are not. Items, especially beauty products, may also feature a Japanese or Korean flag, suggesting that these products are coming from there, but they all come from Hong Kong, so it has no impact on how long it takes to ship. I recently had a package be shipped but not reach the mail carrier for about 2 months and when I reached out to customer service, they were very unhelpful. They simply recited that my items were shipped 2 months ago and should arrive within 10-14 business days (which it obviously did not) and gave me no way to follow up.
Edit: The day after I posted this review my package arrived at USPS and they delivered it within the day. Don't bother paying extra for express delivery or splitting your order to get more readily available items faster because it'll all take the same amount of time regardless.
It took over a week for my items to ship out even though it was listed on the site to only take 24 Hours. After that, I wasn't even given any information on its whereabouts or a tracking number. Emailed yesstyle 5 times and never got a response. I tried speaking to a representative 7 times and was always denied. I spent a lot of money on this order and i'm already disappointed with this brand and doubt i'll ever order again. If you're looking to buy from here don't expect to get any responses from customer service. You have better luck on stylevana.
I ordered backpacks and school supplies during summer and now almost a month and still have not shipped the ready to ship items. School starts and my daughters don't have backpacks

I love the products from this website because I have purchased lots of Asian beauty from Yesstyle and the prices are good, but their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I placed my order strategically weeks before I'm moving so the order could get here in time but the items that say "24 hours to ship" have taken well over a WEEK now to "process" and after inquiring about expediting my shipping because of something that was Yesstyle's fault (FALSE advertising) they said they'd need to charge ME the extra $14 to ship it quicker. Then they kept holding my items after each inquiry for SEVERAL days so that there's absolutely NO chance they'd get to my current house in time. They don't answer emails within even 1-2 business days, I've had to keep going to make a NEW message on their website's customer service page to even get a response. Overall, horrible customer service if you have ANY problems with the site the blame will inevitably be placed on you because they don't care about the customer, just the money we give them. Also, they've SIGNIFICANTLY increased the cost of shipping from $5 to like $10-15 unless you order at least $50 worth of product from them. Shows they only want your money and not customer satisfaction.
I made another order that said they would ship within 21 days but that order took about 2 months. Overall dissatisfied and I should've stopped buying then.
Don't bother with this company. Quality rubbish and you cant return anything! I printed of labels and invoices as requested to Hong Kong but had the whole parcel returned!
Scrolling through yesstyle.com surprised my eyes. Not only were the products affordable, but they were also cute the only part is the shipping is very slow and returning the products cost lots of shipping fees (USA). When shopping at yesstyle.com always check for reviews and ratings about each product before purchase!

If you order an item that ships in 24 hours and another than ships in 20 days they will delay the whole order. Look at the attached picture!
They are super slow for shipping. I had to make a gift and they have spoiled everything. Their customer service replies are evil and unhelpful. They don't do refund and they don't even do order cancellation that is illegal for consumers' law in Europe! That don't even remove an item from the order. The service is so bad they cannot split orders. What does it cost them to make two parcels. Amazon does that, everyone does that! I am so depressed because of them. They are the worst thing in this world. I feel I have been scammed to the limit I want to scream in their faces. Stay away. Go on other websites please. Please! Stay away forever from YesStyle.com they don't deserve customers, deserve only to fall!
I paid the $20 extra for rush fees 3-5 business days but it took 5 days just for the order to be placed which I didn't know! So it's actually 10 days before you will get your order! Maybe I'm still waiting. So I had to go buy a new dress at the store because I needed this by the 6th day. So I emailed them to cancel rush delivery and right after they sent an email that they just shipped it right then and couldn't change it! So don't pay rush delivery it will not get there in time!

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
