THE most unprofessional, rude, jerky, dumb "plumbing company in this area. I called and asked if they could fix my leaking toilet and was asked, "who are you?" When I said I was "someone who could give them some business and asked if they wanted an appointment was told, "how did you get my number?" I explained I had gotten it from superpages.com, I followed with "do you want to keep asking questions, or do you want some business," the jerk said, "no thanks" and hung up. I was able to find a more appreciative plumbing company and had my issue resolved.
Beware of their "attitude"... may be too successful to remember that they depend on customer reviews!

Bad service! I called to set an appointment for a camper less than a year old I bought from a relative in another state to have it checked under the one year warranty. I was up front with the lady on the phone that we were the second owner. She asked me if it was pass 30 days pass the year date when it was bought? I said no it was bought in July. An appt was set. We drove an hour and a half to get there, plus my husband took off the day. But when we got there they informed us then that the warranty was not transferable. And wanted to sell us a warranty! No I wouldn't buy anything from you ever! Not after you wasted my time and money. They have lost a customer for good!

Be VERY careful! As soon as you list ur business, they will quickly follow up with ENDLESS calls (from different phone numbers) to get you to spend money with them. Yelp will do more harm than good for your business because ANYONE can post sometimes unfounded reviews and Yelp will make sure negatives stay on top until they coerce you to spend money with them. Also, legit positive reviews get filtered (removed) by their so called automated bot, once again hurting your business. Please, please don't get involved with Yelp. Stay away, they don't deserve a single cent from you. This shameless company needs to go out of business badly.

Then they knocked me off of their website and would not allow me to sign in by not
Recognizing my password! I hardly ever write reviews but felt the complaints and
Cynicism exhibited in many reviews both infantile and elitist. There are 39 reviews

Whine. Dr. Shah is a wonderful dentist and the attacks seem personally motivated.
Since I rarely write reviews their "system doesn't trust my reviews". They show
Favoritism and cannot be trusted. I will go elsewhere to check out a business since
They are trying to appeal to the youth audience. They are not to be taken seriously
But unfortunately they can ruin a business. They make me sick! I will do a separate

In a world where businesses are realizing the value of good reviews, Yelp has decided to setup rules tha hurt small businesses and help larger business that bring Yelp more revenue. Reviews are a valuable tool for making informed purchasing decisions, so when a site violates this integrity, they are no longer useful as a service. It also doesn't help that this site seems attracts people who like complaining about trivial things such as "it wasn't like my hometown's version of said restaurant, so it's a bad one."

Called yelp for some guidance and was attended by a rude woman that claimed that she was customer service. I requested to know how yelp obtains and interprets reviews. She indicated that she did not know nor does any one there at Yelp.
I requested how to allow me as a business owner dispute reviews, she indicated that it can not be disputed. I advised her that other positive reviews were not showing. She indicated that the computer relies on information. Only two bad reviews and all others are positive from real clients! REAL CLIENTS! She said good luck. Sound like I have to pay to have a goo review because they transferred me to Yelp ADS...

Yelp is fake and I wont use it any more.

I'm a business owner on Yelp. I thought this was a great way to get my business out there, & I was wrong. I put my Yelp page on flyers for my clients, & one of them posted a 4 star review. This review was not published to my page as its "suspected to be fake". SO I'm immediately accused of lying basically, mildly insulting. The worst part- they constantly call me trying to get me to pay for more hits to my yelp site. I have told them more than once to stop calling me, yet the calls continue a few times a week. You also can't remove your business once its listed, so stay away & don't let anyone post your page for you. Unless you're ok with being scammed into spending money that is...

I am an 83 year old Veteran and have been in health care at the VA for years and have patronized this restaurant in Lebanon (QUENTIN HAUS)a few times after appointments at the VA in Lebanon and have been satisfied most of the time but when we stopped in March for lunch and were charged 84 cents for 2 glasses of water and $6.65 for a 4oz burger, I was disgusted. There's no reason for a business to treat a customer a customer like this. I just left and vowed never to return again and having known a lot of friends that do the same thing I was doing... stopping for a bite to eat at the Quentin Haus in Lebanon I spread the word. They don't want our business. Just Ben!

Yelp just takes advantage of small business owners. They make you pay to get a bad review off the top & then the review sticks because of the way their "algorithms are set up." Google reviews are where it's at.
