They guarantee all of their products and only sell high-end gear. The US-based service team was very helpful when I needed to order a maintenance kit for a stove that I have owned well over a decade so that it can last another decade. Gotta love a company that makes stuff like that.

The shoes are so comfortable you may as well be walking on a cloud. Their return policy allows you to return shoes up to 30 days even if you wore them. Wow!

I wish we could all agree to stop using this site and stick to google for our reviews. They are a true democracy, whereas Yelp hides some reviews and won't disclose the algorithm they use to decide which reviews to hide and which to show. They basically extort small businesses and it's awful. They deserve to go out of business.

It is sad that anyone would make things worse than they already are for small business owners. They have some sort of "algorithm" that they won't disclose to anyone and can't explain how it works. But it magically highlights your negative reviews and hides your positive ones until you spend money with them. This behavior is disgusting. With their high-paid lawyers they even won a class-action law suit. Look it up. Please don't feed the internet mafia and let's put them out of business.

I bought disposable side dish cups and the picture of the item showed them with lids, but they came without lids. Since the shipping is so expensive, I ordered a bunch of other products to make it cost-effective. Then I had to spend an arm and a leg to get the lids I needed for the cups in a separate shipment. I tried to get them to help me with the cost of shipping for the lids, and they refused and didn't even admit that it was a bit confusing that the item picture showed them with lids on them. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I honestly don't think they care. As far as the other products are concerned, they were fine, but at least one was not exactly what I expected. I will go back to the old-fashioned way of looking for random kitchen equipment in local stores, they usually care a lot more, anyway, plus I get exactly what I see.
