Let me take a moment to say the following golden words that describe my experience better, we have been dealing with YBY Boxes for the past 2 years and their attention to details have left us a much healthier Company towards all our enquiries either simpler quotes or for bulk orders to be delivered.

CAUTION! SCAM! DO NOT GO TO YBY. Ashton Jones, Brandon Smith and Andy and Harry are the worst associates you can interact with. They have been promising me a refund since JUNE!

I reached out to them in March 2020 to do packing boxes for my company. I was asked to pay upfront immediately so I paid 1/2 upfront. Since then they have delivered the wrong boxes. They promise "eco-friendly" and "biodegradable"' but you get the product and it's cheaply made with multiple printing errors, including smeared ink, scratched/damaged boxes. The outside covering for the boxes was peeling off and looked bad. NEVER SENT US SAMPLES like they promised.

When you call to even talk to someone about what is going on they send through so many different associates. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I have 100's of chain emails talking about design and printing prices to one associate and they just drop you like you're nothing. Paid over $2,200 and have not received anything I can use.

I have now been trying to receive a refund that Ashton Jones, Brandon Smith, Harry and Andy have all promised me for 8 months now. They never call you back and make promises they never intend on keeping. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Their business says they're in Delaware but they refuse to tell you who's in charge and how to speak to management. I recommend everyone to report them to the Delaware Fraud and Consumer Protection.

I attached the emails from the "managers" Brandon and Ashton Jones that claim they would send me a refund and now they just avoid my calls because they're either "in a meeting", "already left the office" or "on sick leave". They have so many excuses it will keep you occupied for months. Even if you leave a message everyday it will never be returned! Save your time money and business and DO NOT USE YBY!

Excellent printed boxes. They are very professional in delivering high quality boxes. Designers at YBY Boxes are amazingly qualified. They even helped me with the minor changes before my boxes order went for printing. I definitely recommend them to other businesses.

I would leave 10 star rating if I could because of their packaging service. I ordered custom boxes with two different sizes from YBY Boxes. Just one Week later, I received the boxes and the boxes were exactly as required. They have been calling me (and a number of emails from them repeatedly telling me the status of my order. To get through to them on the phone, it takes only 5 sec to respond and also they quickly replied to my all emails. Thanks!
