CAUTION! SCAM! DO NOT GO TO YBY. Ashton Jones, Brandon Smith and Andy and Harry are the worst associates you can interact with. They have been promising me a refund since JUNE!

I reached out to them in March 2020 to do packing boxes for my company. I was asked to pay upfront immediately so I paid 1/2 upfront. Since then they have delivered the wrong boxes. They promise "eco-friendly" and "biodegradable"' but you get the product and it's cheaply made with multiple printing errors, including smeared ink, scratched/damaged boxes. The outside covering for the boxes was peeling off and looked bad. NEVER SENT US SAMPLES like they promised.

When you call to even talk to someone about what is going on they send through so many different associates. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I have 100's of chain emails talking about design and printing prices to one associate and they just drop you like you're nothing. Paid over $2,200 and have not received anything I can use.

I have now been trying to receive a refund that Ashton Jones, Brandon Smith, Harry and Andy have all promised me for 8 months now. They never call you back and make promises they never intend on keeping. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

Their business says they're in Delaware but they refuse to tell you who's in charge and how to speak to management. I recommend everyone to report them to the Delaware Fraud and Consumer Protection.

I attached the emails from the "managers" Brandon and Ashton Jones that claim they would send me a refund and now they just avoid my calls because they're either "in a meeting", "already left the office" or "on sick leave". They have so many excuses it will keep you occupied for months. Even if you leave a message everyday it will never be returned! Save your time money and business and DO NOT USE YBY!

When I contacted Emma at YBY Boxes to inquire about custom bakery boxes and paper bags, she responded to my inquiries quickly. She was able to expedite our order so that we would receive our custom boxes before the date that I needed in urgency. Our custom bakery boxes and paper bags exceeded all of my expectations. I was very impressed with their exceptional customer service, which included answering all of my questions in a clear and friendly manner for someone with little experience using custom packaging products. Love these boxes! I have been using YBY Boxes USA for several years now and am never disappointed. The quality is great, service is reliable and shipping is fast. I use these for packing handmade jewelry and other small items. Everyone loves receiving a gift in one of these boxes, it personalizes the gift and makes it more special.

Do not buy anything from this company. I paid for a product I never received. They said it would be here a week ago 7/21/20 still haven't received it.
I keep getting the run around by their company. Stay away from buying here.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed to order some custom paper bags at a great price, but I was unsure of the quality of the product given the price I was quoted. The salesperson Wayne on the phone was polite and very helpful, and assured me that if I was not satisfied with the quality of their product, then they would give me my money back or send me a different quality of bag at no extra charge. They even checked in with me after they shipped my order. I would definitly be order again.
