I am a first time user of yatra and would like to highlight the horrible experience before the trip starts.
I am planning a visit to andaman with my family from 18th Dec to 23rd of Dec 2017 and had contacted yatra for travel plan which includes everthng from Flight to hotel.
My flights are changed without prior initimation from Direct flights to the connected flights which increase my travel time.
Also, they amend the travel itinerary as well which showcase the most unorganized and unprofessional company. Now, Yatra is not canceling the booking now saying that this is a non refundable booking
What are the options available with me? My bookin I'd with yatra is YYH*******.
I have mailing and calling yatra office from past 2 weeks to correct it. Please do not ever use yatra.com they are the most horrible company.
Please save your hard earned money so that you do not have to go on a forced vacation.
Never book holidays with Yatra package, they provide cheap hotels, worst food and no coordianiation and communication.

I booked a business class via Yatra from HYD - ATL and return. As every one of us are aware the airlines had cancelled there flights for a while due to COVID. After Flight services were recommenced, we checked with American Airlines and were directed to Yatra for any modifications/cancellations. But any Yatra phone number you may try, you get a message saying "INCOMING TO THE NUMBER IS BARRED". Also NO RESPONSE to the mails.
I am pretty shocked that after so many bad reviews they are NOT improving their services

I have booked the ticket via Yatra... And due to current medical outbreaks I sent a mail to Yatra way before my departure time. They didn't reponded within time and they charge my ticket as No-show... Even airindia was allowing to change the date...
It's a 3rd class customer care service from Yatra and I wasted my money and time both.
I strongly suggest plz don't you or book from Yatra. You can book direct from airline website...

Please don't book the ticket in yatra site... when you cancelled the ticket they need sign and id so many think for your money back.
When they book the ticket in a minute they cut the payment but refund money send back to our credit card not easily they give.

They don't have a basic thing which is responsive customer care. Terrible guys, or maybe bots, because no one, I assure you, there is no one who you can ever reach out on call. There is no real person you can speak with, just back and forth same repetitive emails but no place you can speak about your concern to in person.
Incident: I booked an Air India flight through Yatra.com last week on 9th of Jan 2023, and on very next day morning realized as my date of journey is on 14th, August 2023 and by mistake I booked for 15th August 2023 flight and tried rescheduling options online but of no use.
As Yatra.com won't allow you to reschedule online on your own and after that I tried reaching out to Yatra customer support on call but no response for initial 2 days and that forced me to reach out to them through mail. Mean time I was able to connect to Yatra customer service through call and they gave an Air India customer service number to reschedule saying that only they can help you in this case, and same reply got from the Air India customer service saying that only Yatra customer service can help you in this matter, both Yatra and Air India customers service wasted my time and entire rescheduling process took almost 7 days after paying INR *******/ for rescheduling charges when the date of journey is 8 months from now and entire flight seats are vacant.
Both Yatra and Air India are okay to reschedule my return journey flight without any extra charges which was not required in my case but not the same case with onward journey. Very unprofessional booking agency and their operators and policies. They do business in a rude and one-sided way, Very bad experience, Pathetic, worst service. They simply try to loot your hard-earned money and waste your time. Never ever recommended to anyone.

Waste yatra bookings and service. I have booked hyd to mumbai 2 tickets on 17.07.2021. I made payment through credit card. I went pickup piont before one hour. But no bus was there. I called sahara travels. O sale bhi yatra se bhi bekar Hai. Bus karab Hai. Cancelled hogaya. No before information from yatra or sahara travels. Kali lootne ke like paida huye saaley. No customer care number for yatra. Mail bahut baar bijaaya no reply. Next day reply our person will contact u soon. Marne ke baad treatment karte saaley. Don't trust online transactions. Go nearest travels take physical payment receipts. Paise gaye kaam nahi hua. Very bad yatra.
I had booked return tickets to Bangalore from Mumbai and fly date were 11th and 19th May 2020. Due to COVID and lockdown, flights got cancelled. Hence requested yatra.com to refund my entire booking amount, which they denied. Also they do not reply on mails, whenever I tweet them I get reply else there is no reply. Also I tried explaining them several times my reason for asking refund. I am been accompanied by 2 Senior Citizen and my 1 year old kid. No one knows when this problem of COVID will come to end. Even if lockdown ends, I cannot decide when to fly as I do not want to take any sort of risk.
Yatra.com wants me (Customer) to follow up with Airline to release my money. Also inpite of mentioning my concerns on mail correctly, your team talks round the bush. That itself shows very clearly that you guys are sitting just to eat out hard earned money and least bothered about your customer. What an amazing After service you provide, wherein customer only needs to follow up 100's and 1000's of time for their refund with Airline, we need to mail yatra.com again and again to get single reply (at the end as i mentioned they will talk round the bush, there will be no answer to your query).
Why don't government of India shut such companies filled with cheaters and looters.

This year my travel plan lost
My Reference number is YH*******. The day I booked the trip, problems started occuring from that day itself. I was promised 3 Cottages and later they changed it to 2 cottages and 1 standard AC room, even without asking me. The day when I was supposed to leave for the trip, the Traveller came 1 hour late and then the driver informed me that we've to change the Traveller in Mysore. Because of that he drove so slow that we reached Mysore in 3 hours from Bangalore. Later he made us stop in many locations in Mysore saying that the new Traveller is going to come here. Yatra wasn't responding properly at that time and they made me talk to the vendor of the Traveller, which was of no use. The new Traveller was also not in a proper condition. The AC water was leaking continuously. I called the resort (that Yatra booked for me) to confirm for the food, they didn't respond properly and gave me some other number and that 'other number' never picked up. The resort's name is Jungle Camp Backwater Resort, Coorg. I reached Coorg in almost 10 hours, which is a 7 hours journey (maximum) from Bangalore. Don't you dare ask Yatra about their head's number or the manager's number, because they won't give. I hope my further journey goes well because it's my father's 50th Birthday and I don't want to spoil it.
