Had the product for a week. Keeps pointing to the wrong device. Support keeps resetting the account and tells me to do 3 back ups and it will work fine. This has gone on 3 times and it still points to the wrong device. You only get a partial refund, cannot talk to anyone, chat assistance is useless. Complete waste of money.
I have been using Xnspy from last one year and I just find this spyware to be too perfect for my taste. If you are their regular customer, they make sure to keep you happy through their exclusive discounts.
In spite of two calls to tech support I am unable to see all text msgs and phone calls same day. The time and date also seen to be wrong but are apparently not changeable by the user. Also, when reviewing recent texts, not from today, they are not all there. They were not deleted, they just didn't show up. Now I'm going to have to fight to get some money back I bought a one year subscription based on reviews. Waste of money.
It's been a year that I have been using Xnspy to monitor my kid's WhatsApp chats. The installation was easy and its control panel is very interactive. On a single tap, I can get all the WhatsApp chats and shared pictures. It offers the best combo of features and pricing. To sum up, I would recommend this parental control app to all the parents. I have been using monitoring apps since I got kids their personal phones. I know of many different apps and I have used a couple of them. I can clearly say that Xnspy is better. For one, the support team is excellent. The features are fine too especially if you are using it as a parental control.
Theres no doubt that xnspy is an affordable app. Before using it, I compared its pricing and features with other apps and found out that it was leading in the pricing competition. Dont believe it? You can do the same.
I have used the app for less than a month. Paid $12.49, looked up what I wanted, then cancelled my subscription plan. The service was great as the support team helped me every step of the way from installing the app to cancelling the subscription. Definitely a good experience.
As a business owner, I have been looking for a tool to monitor all their official emails and what kind of websites they are browsing during the office hours. One day scrolling through the web, I came across XNSPY. Read out some of the features and when I came across the feature of email tracking and checking the bookmarked websites, I just decided to get it for my employees. Don't get me wrong here, there are many other features as well but it depends on your priority. Now I have a proper check what kind of websites my employees are browsing and their conversation on emails as well.
The setup was easy and it took less than a day to transfer all of my kids' information to the remote server. The app is discrete and no icon shows. IM chat spy works perfectly (which I need to use the most). Their yearly package is the most economic
So, I thought that I would never need to check on my kids to the extent of using a monitoring app on them. Well, by sheer accident, I got to know about my son going out after curfew and then lying to me about it. With Xnspy's Watchlist feature, I was able to track him in real-time, and know about the recent location history too. The app's locating tracking is so on point! Not planning to quit this app anytime soon.
On the web site is stated: "Note that XNSPY's features supported with rooted Android devices could take a few days before they are made available on a new Android release."
This is just to fool you and make you pay for the services. In reality, all the rooted features works only on Android 6 or lower. The available features for a non-rooted phones are very limited. If you ask for a refund based on this sentence, they will refuse you. Do not trust XNSPY!
Really, really helpful software. I use it for many things... to keep my kids in check, to make sure they get to school on time when I'm away... to make sure they're not getting on bad websites... to see if they're doing their homework or just goofing off. Every mom should have something like this!

Literally spent $40 just to realize it's easier snd faster just to look at the target phone, since you have to everytime to get the 2 step verification code off of it before the app can update & still give you no info. Not recommended for icloud users.
I am really surprised to see that Xnspy is compatible with Android Pie (P)! The developers are very fast in updating the app to the latest operating systems. So even if your kids upgrade their phone to the latest OS, Xnspy is still gonna work. Isn't that awesome?
I purchased the subscription yesterday and the app doesn't work as expected. I contacted the Chat rep immediately. After almost an hour trying to do many things, installing, disable this, unable that, to make it work as the guy suggested. Still didn't work. He told me to try again today.
Today I tried one more time and it still doesn't work. I contacted them to get a refund. The Rep was rude and careless. He insisted that my purchase was over 10 days ago already, even when I have proof that I just bought it yesterday. After a long debate, he only agreed to issue 50% of the amount. I paid $59.99 yesterday, and now they want to keep half of it. What a greedy company. Really bad customer service. STAY AWAY. Couldn't find phone number or the address of the company either. This is really a creepy company. Go for another company that is US-based.

I faced some issues when renewing my subscription up until I got in touch their customer representative Simona. Every query I had was answered, and she also extended my new subscription by an additional 7 days.
Seriously? Am I supposed to think these are all REAL reviews? How 'bout someone tell me how the features actually work?! Call recording? Room monitoring? Tell me something real! XNspy dev's posing as customers for the sake of reviews - I see you!
They have had to troubleshoot my account several times. The app doesn't track all locations, just some. The app's call recording and sound recording doesn't work. You have to wait 5 days for the data export and most times, there is no activity on record. Internet history doesn't work. They cant fix anything and they do not offer refunds after 10 days. Total waste of money and poor customer service. Don't waste your money.
I have been using monitoring software in my company for over a decade now and having tried different kinds, I can say that this is the best value for money that I have ever gotten. Kudos to the development and marketing team.
