I purchased the subscription yesterday and the app doesn't work as expected. I contacted the Chat rep immediately. After almost an hour trying to do many things, installing, disable this, unable that, to make it work as the guy suggested. Still didn't work. He told me to try again today.
Today I tried one more time and it still doesn't work. I contacted them to get a refund. The Rep was rude and careless. He insisted that my purchase was over 10 days ago already, even when I have proof that I just bought it yesterday. After a long debate, he only agreed to issue 50% of the amount. I paid $59.99 yesterday, and now they want to keep half of it. What a greedy company. Really bad customer service. STAY AWAY. Couldn't find phone number or the address of the company either. This is really a creepy company. Go for another company that is US-based.
