Before purchasing I was on with their onlite chat and was told my iPhone would work with their service as long as 2 Factor Authentication (2fa) was not enabled... it was not. I was also told I had 10 days to try it out and if I didn't like, I'd get a refund. I purchased the product and set it up based off their instructions. I wasn't able to see any text messages 3 days after setting up so I contacted them through online chat again and they told me they had to refresh my account and that would take 3-4 days. After 3 days I still couldn't see text messages so I opened a support case. I was told I had to enable 2fa in order for this to work. I was confused because the chat person told me their product didn't work with 2fa. I called Apple support and they told me that enabling 2fa blocked messages from being backed up to iCloud and only enabled message mirroring. I let XNSpy know and the next person told me I had to have 2fa turned off in order for it to work and that's why I wasn't seeing messages. So I had 1 person tell me it had to be off, then one tell me to turn it on, then a 3rd tell me it had to be off. The 3rd said they verified i had it enabled and that's what I wasn't seeing messages. It was turned off so not sure what they verified. This went round and round for over a week with them sending me links to their website saying jailbroken and + phones might not work as I thought. I don't know what jailbroken or + phones are and let them know, then was told to enable 2fa to get this working. That's when I gave up and asked for a refund... only to be told I was only eligible for 30%... not an entire refund like the chat person told me. Turns out you have 10 days to cancel and if you're trying to work with support to get their product to work and go past that 10 days, oh well.
I would NOT purchase this product or any from this company after dealing with them on this.
Aside from having to root the device to really get what a large portion of users might want... i am going to skip that as its a function\feature of the OS that prevents these tasks (A good thing until you want the data).
I checked, doubled checked and triple checked requirements... as of 5/1/2018, YOU WILL NOT SEE ANYWHERE that if any A\V or Anti-Malware is installed, you will loose most functionality. And before those in the know scream "well duh!", keep in mind this is NO WHERE on the site. I asked the chat window that comes up if Mcafee would stop any features... "no, our software is not detected by Mcafee and will not be any problem". The software is spendy... and the have given themselves so many outs in terms of returning your money so when they want to act as if they are being sooo transparent BUT, read the fine print... fine, I did that and you still wont refund my investment. Why? Oh, because "you have to wait up to 48hrs sometimes to get all the expected data". At that point, you have about 12-24hrs depending on whos watch you go by.

Calls are not being logged. I ave review the bill and there have been multiple calls and non are logged.
Key logging has stopped. When it was working, indicated Facebook messenger. What apps should it work in?
Txt are not showing now.
Have tried IE and Chrome as well as the app. App has crashed 4-5 times in 24hrs
Dates of the few txt messages it did pick up were off by a day.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Wish I had something to reccomend but after 20days. XNSPY IS A BUST.
