I wish I read reviews first before purchasing. Although it has a refund option if done within X amount of days. Which I attempted the VERY next day, mind you. They refused to refund me. They said "you can't just change your mind, that excuse doesn't allow refunds" Which I originally said I changed my mind. Simply because I always believe, "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all" and I didn't want to say your product sucked and you need to work on it more ya fool. So I kindly responded back, well. I can't really spy or record, also, NOTHING shows up on my dashboard. They came back with a "well you should've seen it says android only, it says on our website, that's kind of your fault. No refund because you can't read our website" it didn't say such things, it said IOS & android capable. I knew arguing would be a waste of my precious time. But I'd like to hope, they scammed me this way, their money will go down the drain as quick a they took it... so they won't be on Forbes magazine in this life this reason. BEWARE FOLKS. Ive been looking for a monitoring app for weeks. Some had bad reviews and some were way too costly. XnSpy is the only app that i found which works well and isn't priced too high.
After chatting online with support regarding the features and limitations of this app, I chose to take the plunge so that I could monitor an employee phone. The app did not upload all calls, it did not record all calls, it did not record all locations, and the phone needed to be rooted to use other services. There were phone calls that I know took place and were never logged on the server. The employee then found out about the app being installed on the phone and deleted it! The website clearly stated that I had a 10-day free trial and within the 10 days I asked for my money back and was told I could only get a partial refund or extension on my year subscription. I am now having to take them to court to get back my $150. Don't fall for it! They're based out of Cyprus, they're not even in the country, do not speak good English, and will fail to address the issues that you have. I emailed them several times and had numerous questions and concerns about the information being incomplete or not there at all, and they would respond days later answering one question and not addressing all the issues. I repeat, don't waste your time! This company is scammers and thieves! They're just about taking your money. The free trial is a gimmick! Once they have your money, you won't get it back!
Been a customer of xnspy for 3 months. It's been quite easy to use with practical applications for keeping my employees productive and efficient with their time.

AFTER TAKINF THE PAYMENT, XNSPY INFORMS THAT THIS APP WILL WORK ONLY ON ANDROID 4 TO 9. AND AFTER AVAILING TEH REQUIRED VERSION OF HANDSET, XNSPY IS NOT RESPONDING TO ACTIVATE THE APP. IT SEEM THAT THE COMPANY IS ITSELF A FRAUD.
There phonies, their software is confusing doesn't work and no customer support NO MATTER how many times I try to contact customer support no one ever answer any of my chats or emails. THIS IS A FAKE.
Xnspy is a decent monitoring app. It has a good selection of features, but few of them can be difficult to understand. Could have been made easier to understand.

XNSPY software is extremely unstable. It came to the point that the software wiped a device completely. XNSPY own description is very sumier. And the 24/7 support is NONE existent. The chat function is mostly not available. The XNSPY support is very slow and very unprofessional.

Xnspy uses both GPS location tracking and geo-fencing to give you the exact location of the phone user, and you know right away when the user enters or leaves a place. It's downright amazing!
The control panel is kind of cool and i really like how i can scroll between different features. A smartphone app for the control panel would do just fine for me.
It's a bit shocking to me how Xnspy still manages to do all that. Android P and Oreo offer pretty good device security. But who cares. I get what I get and thank you for that.

XNSPY is a pretty helpful app for single moms, but one thing i'd say is get the premium package. It really is a way better experience than the basic one.
I work in IT and I am kicking myself right now. I was being lazy and decided to give this company a shot to avoid setting up my own forwarding apps and programs to monitor the phone, or adding it to a MDM tool that I use. Long story short, a lot of the features were not working, I explained that recording was not recording both ways with ears directly to phone, nothing in between. Text messages were coming in as "Today" when they were in fact 3 days old. Was not logging my calls directly to the phone which I dialed 2 that day and it did not show up. I mentioned all of this and they were focused on the configuration of the phone. It is my daughters phone and as I explained to the person on the other side of the chat screen, these are basic features and they do not work. I am too tired to list all the chatting back and forth, but OMG, so freaking rude on the other side of the chat screen. I would never recommend this to anyone, these guys are a scam and in the end, they refuse to give me a full refund. Stay away from these guys, I would strongly avoid them at all cost.
They promise all these great monitoring features only to slowly stop letting you use any of the features one by one. They deliberately stop monitoring anything and refuse to upload the content of target phone. I imagine it is because the don't want to pay for their server costs. I bought the one year and was only allowed to monitor 60% of what they promised for less than 2 weeks. Afterwards all monitoring stopped. Their customer care only kept asking me to install and reinstall over and over which I did but it only resolved 20% of the issues. I know they are doing this becsuse one time a newly hired customer rep ( who didn't realize the compamy policy of deception) actually did a coupke things and got everything minitoring for one day. Then suddenly all features stopped again. Horrible dishonest and scammee company that doesn't deliver what it promises..
