IT does not do anything magical, just compare backups and give the gap, just cheap rubbish!

And talk about a refund after on 2 hours of use... they are just a cheap backyard operation that will not part with any money paid!

Have had app for probably 2 1/2 years. And just 1 day the location tracking just completely quits working. They said it was because I did an update on the phone and that the tech people are working on it. But that's been some where around 8 or 9 months ago and it still doesn't work. Also just out of the blue the phone call recordings completely quit working as well. I haven't EVER been able to see ANY out going sms text messages nor any MMS text messages. Ever. But i never could get a straight answer as to why I can see SOME of the incoming SMS messages but NONE of the outgoing texts.

This company claims to provide real time monitoring which in these crazy times would give any parent a sense of relief; however, it is complete BS. I got no data at all. And when I contacted them they sent me a things you should know before you buy link saying that it clearly tells you that it just pulls data from iCloud backup. Except you can't find that link from the main website. The website is completely misleading and says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they were quick to mention that doesn't mean a full refund. They offered me 30% (I had it less than a week and got NO data). I argued the website says 50% and they gave me that but seriously this is a scam company. DO NOT BUY! They promise to help you protect your children and then steal your money. I hope they realize karma is a b*tch and what goes around comes around. I am reporting to BBB

App didn't work on the cell phone i had, even if on the website it says the phone is compatible. I talked to several agents and with the first 4 agents the time cut off in the middle of the problem, so i had to repeat everything all over again. Then i had another agent that tried to help and after 4 hours she wasn't able to install that app on the phone. She told me, i'm opening a ticket and a technician will contact you. 6 days passed, no one called, or email or anything. I called to get a refund and you get 50%, even if you are not able to install the app. This looks like a scam. If the company if so confident about the product, it should refund the 100% when the app has not been used.

I purchased XNSPY back in November 2019 and must say it worked well in the beginning. The calls were being recorded and the text messages were coming through. The only complaint in the beginning was that all of the text messages from the target phone was not being uploaded on the dashboard. Support will respond within 24 hours but they all will say the same thing and really do not solve many of the problems that you have. Since February of 2020, XNSPY no longer is able to play recorded calls. The app will record the call but you cannot hear anything. At the moment, it is a complete waste of money and I will cancel my subscription if the company doesn't find a way to for me to hear the recorded audio.

I came across XNSPY when I was searching for spy apps to monitor my son. Im not active on social networking sites so I dont know much about my sons online activities. Plus, hes also blocked me from Facebook and Instagram so that I remain unaware of whatevers happening in his life. XNSPY has helped me monitor my sons Instagram, Facebook messenger, and WhatsApp. All I have to do is view the control panel for any information regarding my son. I can even look at all his chat conversations, photos, and videos hes been posting on Instagram. And tell you what, I was quite relieved to see my son was not engaged in any unusual activity.

I am certainly not good with using technology and I had my doubts when I first planned to use Xnspy for monitoring my kid. But I must say the support team made it super easy for me to start using Xnspy. They installed the app for me on my sons Android phone. I mean, nobody I know is offering such great support. The app itself was super easy to use, even for a non-techie.

Can't possibly imagine anything worse than this product and company service.

GPS error gap 10+ meters.
Normal cellphone records takes more than 40 hours to update to dashboard.
Most small records didn't update after 2 days.
App messages: records needed a rooted device, usually cost extra, does not specify cost extra. Does not give detail instruction on installation and the risk of BRICKED device.
Rooted device software crash with their spy app, made device lag 10~20seconds.
States app hidden invisible, but we can see it in plain sight just by opening application manager, easier to use an old anti-spyware app to delete it under 10 seconds.

Worse of all, denial above unreliable features, denial refund, intentionally drag email content to passing their 10th day of full refund.

Brief: not working, lots errors, poor service

I searched for spy apps and a lot of Google sites had reviews of XNSPY. It turns out Frugal on the pricing side as well. Excited I went and purchased the subscription.

Its a REAL REAL BAD DEAL!

1. Android Ph calls are not recorded
2. No whatsapp call recording
3. Remote Mic option doesnt give real time feedback. It creates the file and take its own sweet time to upload on the site. There is a lag of 4-5 hrs
4. Taking remote scrnshots means the phone needs to be rooted
5. Location is real slow and updates after 10 min!

Some of these are available in free softwares so why pay for a lousy product which hasnt gone any development in last 4 years?

Okay, not to sound dramatic or anything. And no, it doesn't have to do with a cheating partner either. I am a mother of a teenage girl who has always been bubbly and popular, but over the past few months I noticed a few changes in her and she just wouldn't let me help her. She wouldn't share anything. As a mother, it is extremely difficult seeing your little-girl-who-shares-everything to grow into this tight-lipped person. So, as a last resort, I used Xnspy and thank god I did. Turns out she was being bullied by a group of students from her school regarding her sudden growth spurt and the apparent physical changes. Things were getting out of hand. If I hadn't intervened timely, my daughter would have done something drastic.
I would surely recommend all parents to have this app on their phone's kids. They won't always tell you the emotional battles they fight while growing up.

This software was initially really good however of late it hasn't been the same. Information not uploading and details of location as such not described as previously. I renewed 3 months this morning and now no data is uploading. It has been suggested that I reinstall which is a little hard at times. I already reinstalled once in 2018. Setting have been refreshed almost every second day however has ceased this morning. Would someone please assist with remote installation? URGENT thank you xo
