Xnspy does not work on most of the latest android phones.

It was dissapointing that I paid for their premium pack for a year.

On my brand new moto Z play(Android 7.0), I had rooted to install the Xnspy.
I had ensured that there is no antivirus or any pre-installed security apps.

Only location and gallery gets updated and it is very slow.

None of the features work on the latest phones.

The tech team wanted the device rebooted and app re-installed several
Times during the troubleshoot and I held the device with me for testing it for about a week
Before handing over to my employee. Still all in vain. Their refund policy has a 10 days mark.
I dont know If these guys will be genuine enough to refund in case of failure.

Anouther satisfied user. Xnspy is actually great. The customer support guys are very helpful and precise and the best part is their hell easy online dashboard. The data displays as if im looking at the actual freakin phone! I had some issues getting hang of adding whatchlist words but I had to root the phone for that. That took a lot of time but then everything fit into place.

If you have children, you know very well what it's like parenting in 2020. I used to hate myself for getting my sons their personal smartphones when they were only 8 and 10. My husband told me that it might not be a great idea but I wanted my children not to feel deprived. But I never thought they would be so addicted to their phones playing PUBG/Fortnite and calling/texting friends. Thank God, I came across Xnspy and I finally know how to fix their screen time issue. Whenever I feel like they have spent too much time with their phones, or if they are not studying enough, I lock them out of their phones. Same goes for when they would use their phones instead of doing chores. I think it's a great solution and every parent should try it!

Been using the app for years on multiple phones. I can tell you the app is very buggy, frequently ceases to work and requires "updates", that are very time consuming. It's very expensive and customer support is a bunch of kids reading from a 3x5 index card. They know nothing about software and are hard of hearing. I found myself telling them repeatedly the same info and sending screenshot after screenshot proving their app is a POS. Then, they tell me, after spending half a day trying to reinstall the app, that they don't offer refunds. What a load of cra-p. In conclusion, I would not pay for this pos app as it is not practical to install, especially in android phones, is too exspensive, and customer service is worthless. Run far away.

This app didn't work well enough as i would have wanted and expected it to being a spy and monitoring app. It worked quite few days after purchase but suddenly stopped working. With all that is happening in the world today especially the increase in the rate of cyber-bullying and all that, all i wanted was to be able to monitor the activities on my kids phone so as to ensure they are safe and if need be protect them from being victims to such and ensure they are out of trouble. Since this app didn't do as much. A top tech representative from Silicon valley recommended the best spy and monitoring service provided by LEGENDARY HACKS SERVICES (https://legendaryhacks.com). They are the best in the market currently for all mobile phone surveillance, spy and monitoring requests/service. They got the service done for me perfectly well, they were so helpful, customer support really great and wonderful service in addition. Couldn't have asked for a much better service.

It is a shame I can't give XNSPY negative stars because the product is very, very bad and the company are scammers. XNSPY never at any time recorded telephone calls and that is all I really wanted. Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund. Do NOT waste your money on those liars and scammers

I am a big fan of Xnspy's GPS tracking feature and geofencing. I never knew I could find a monitoring app with the GPS tracking feature at just $8.33 a month. It has a whole bunch of other features that you can use for monitoring your child and protect them from the internet dangers. Although I had to learn how to use Xnspy to track my son's Android phone but to my surprise, I got a hang of everything very quickly. Unlike other GPS tracking apps, Xnspy shows accurte location results.

Its a very primitive kind of spy app. Does not record many things. Requires rooting of device for recording a lot of things. Does not work with android vesion higher than 9.0 but not mentioned it anywhere on its site!

I bought Xnspy in Brazil on May 10th. After I paid, I was told that they were trying to correct errors to make the system work. They asked me for a few days. I waited 7 days and it didn't work. I complained again and they always say in the mail that in a few days the problems will be solved. It's been 16 days since I bought it without being able to use it and they continue to answer the same thing. Now they said that if I cancel I will receive only part of the amount I paid. If they sold me something that doesn't work, that I'm not responsible for the failure, why won't they return the amount I paid?

I brought nxspy for my wifes phone could not get it going so asked live support for help this is after 7 days of trying next day they suppended my account and said i had broken there rules of use ie: spying on my wife i replied asking for a refund as i was not spying on my wife that's there mindless thought i believe they said that before i asked for a return it's just a scam from a cruel company to charge for a service that did not work. There may be some great sites like this but not this one.

I like the app so much. I am a house wife. And i like that i can alwats check my kids location anytime. Its has empowered mothers. This is like more than an app for me. My kids feel secure because of the app.

I purchase this and try to download on a target device which is an Android. The URL link they sent was not recognized and I continued to get a error saying "URL is not found on the server". I contacted the customer service via their IM and the first person continued to give me the same URL, tell me it's not possible that it wouldn't accept and then they left the chat basically saying good luck. Then I start another chat and go through the same deal with that person. After trying too many tines, I requested a refund. They respond by lying and saying they show it did download and I should check my dashboard... of course I do and NOTHING! I knew there was no way since the URL didn't work but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After calling them on the lie, they went dead silent... never responding again. Thankfully I emailed myself the chat!

Been using Xnspy for three weeks. Installation was easy, the support team was excellent help for a technical dummy as I am. I always wanted something that did not need jailbreaking which is why the version for a non-jailbroken device was really helpful and a great relief. Because the installation is easy, I give this app 5 stars.

I've had a pretty good experience with XNSPY Watchlist locations. A bunch of my friends help me delver glowers for my business and it's so much easier managing them and giving them directions with an app like this. The Control Panel literally gives me everything I need to know in one window. I haven't got to use other features as much, but the tracking gets my vote!
