App didn't work on the cell phone i had, even if on the website it says the phone is compatible. I talked to several agents and with the first 4 agents the time cut off in the middle of the problem, so i had to repeat everything all over again. Then i had another agent that tried to help and after 4 hours she wasn't able to install that app on the phone. She told me, i'm opening a ticket and a technician will contact you. 6 days passed, no one called, or email or anything. I called to get a refund and you get 50%, even if you are not able to install the app. This looks like a scam. If the company if so confident about the product, it should refund the 100% when the app has not been used.
