The lights are DEFINITELY not as bright as I expected them to be. I got the highest wattage bulb and the best quality one I could find on the site and it is just as bright as factory halogen bulbs but not as bright as the high beams from the factory...
Had an install issue sent email got a form letter reply that asked redundant info to be placed in live chat. I could not believe the response I received. A frustrated customer needs to be calmed, not told they are 'negative' and ' it won't speed things up, it will take you longer'...I won't deal with you again because Dale P doesn't know when to not feed the fire of customers already frustrated experience. Customer service is more important than the actual product you sell.

I Spoke with representative on phone who assured me that part would fit my vehicle and if for some reason a complication was encountered, I could easily return it.
Big lie.
Part did not fit vehicle and instructions are rudimentary and translated poorly. After dozens of attempts to contact company and getting message in French or disconnected, I had to endure unprofessional conduct of snide chat line operator to get a return authorization. They even suggested that I should find a specialty automotive shop to fabricate a bracket so the light would fit in the headlamp housing.
They will not allow you to speak with anyone once the sale is consummated.
Can only return item via FedEx at your expense. FedEx cost was $ 92 to return an item that weights less than a pound. U.S. Post is $ 14 for same item. That is one measure they use to keep you from returning items.
Then they have the audacity to charge you an additional fee to restock a part that would never fit my vehicle in the first place!
I believe they compromised this website as the last time I looked about 2 months ago, the ratings for Xenon.pro were overwhelming my negative. Even the bad reviews are rated at five stars now!
If they were located in the U.S. they would most likely be held liable for fraud, therefore they ship their parts through Canada to avoid prosecution and return of merchandise.
I would never purchase anything from Xenon.pro and only wish I could do more to expose their fraud and incompetence!
Very easy to order very good information as to what you need to order
All good except that I ordered with an expedited fee for next business day. Placed the order late enough on Thursday that Fri was out of the question, but a followup verification from XenonPro delayed my shipment into the next week. Didn't get the product until the following Thusday / too late to keep me from having to buy a reeplacement standard bulb before my trip and the do the XenonPro replacement when I got back from my trip.
My fault for not ordering until so late on a Thursday, but disappointing to pay and expedite charge for a week long wait for a product that I didn't benefit from for a week beyond that.
It was great. All the information right at my finger tips.
At first I did receive the wrong system, but it was quickly rectified. Very quick and easy installation

The LED bulbs do not fit directly. The "lock ring" from the factory bulbs will not fit over the new LED bulbs. Otherwise these are fantastic

Very easy to figure out what LEDs i needed for my 2018 F150. In the future maybe have large grommets or rubber covers included. Gives the fan room to move air. Got mine off Amazon for 12 dollars

The shopping experience in general is good, I didn't have issues while buying. Where I have been greatly disappointed, it is when came time to have service after I received my order.
For those who don't want to read a long paragraph, here's a summary: I ordered two headlights, none of them would work/fit. I tried to return/do an exchange, but customer service isn't on point. So now, 3 weeks after receiving my order and knowing it wasn't okay, I still don't know how to return it and be reimbursed (because THEY DON'T DO EXCHANGES). I tried many times to have the issue fixed, but no one helped me.
I bought two pair of headlights for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 (high and low beams), following their website recommendations. Turns out that the set of highbeams they recommend isn't the proper one for my vehicle because the plugs don't fit. And when I try to plug my new LED lowbeams, they do not work, for a reason that I ignore. Mistakes happen, so I thought I would reach out to their customer service and have the LEDs swapped out. Here comes the worse part of my experience with XenonPro.com...
First of all, if you try to call them or email them to mention you have issues with their items, they won't help you; they will redirect you to their website so that you ask for a return via their live support chat window, which has limited opening time (from 9am to 5pm I believe). For people that have to work during the day, it makes it really difficult to book time in front of a computer to chat with someone... to simply tell you how to return the products. (It should be possible to do it via email too)
In my experience, I was able to push work a bit later one morning so I took the time to go on XenonPro.com to chat with them so I know what to do to return my order. The guy helping me asked me what the problems were, and when I mentionned them, he tried telling me why my low beams may not be working. (I now needed to disable my DRLs to have my headlights working?) I wasn't too sure about that, so it almost became an argument of who was right, so I gave up because I didn't care who was. I just wanted to return my order. I told him about three times that I wanted to return the order and needed to know the procedure. I never got an answer about that. Then, I made it clearer that I was in a rush because work was waiting for me and I needed to get this return done ASAP. I waited 10 minutes in front on my computer, sending messages from time to time to prompt a response, but never got any more answer. I was out of time and had to leave... so I rated the chat as "bad" with some comments explaining why and left.
4 days later, I still never had any answer from them at all. No email, no call to try to honor their "100% satisfaction guarantee" policy/facade. They know they had bad comments somewhere by someone, and instead of trying to fix the problem, they just don't care.
I still don't know how to return the order and get reimbursed. This is my worse customer service experience in a very long time.
The instructions were impossible to understand. The unit did not react to any inputs and did not record any videos of my trip. Extremely disappointed that I purchased this product. Should have paid more and got the GoPro.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
