Efficient
The site helped me get just the options I needed for the lights for my car, and was easy to use and ship. Honestly really glad I did research and didn't go with the sketchy Facebook ads I saw first. Definitely satisfied!
The product was packed very poorly, looked like the lights where thrown in the box and sent, very surprised to receive electrical items that way.
Installation instructions could be a more informative.
Condescending and worthless customer service. They literally insult you when asking questions; believe the reviews you read online, this is not a legitimate company when they treat people this way. I had to build a custom bracket to hold the bulb in, that is NOT plug and play, (not to mention the instructions which tell you to cut a hole in your headlight housing... they were really upfront about that). The lights weren't very impressive for brightness, they were about equal to another brand of LED headlights that I had, (which were rated for 3000 lumens vs XenonPro's advertised 9000)
If things work, (which is unlikely), I suspect you will be content. When things don't, you will be irate at the treatment you receive. Then you will wish you clicked the button for them to follow up after you receive your order, because otherwise there is no way to review them on their own website after the fact, (which they confirmed to me, no wonder they have an overall good review).

Website is easy to use and order from... my car has projector style head lamps... I tried LED light not to good. I switched to xenon what a great improvement... fast delivery and ez to order

The bulb was too large and did not fit into the housing on my genesis coupe. It also needed an adapter that was not mentioned.
Website is easily navigated. Bulbs were a great addition. Much better than stock. The anti flicker device works as it should and makes everything work correctly with no fault codes. The install was a little difficult, but with some slight modifications to the headlight buckets I was able to make things work.
Items come quick, product looks amazing
I have installed them in my 96 gmc truck, but one of them seems to not be as bright as the other one and when you turn them on it doesn't always come one. Also have hard like a buzzing noise when it does turn on like there may be a short or something.
