Everything on the order was great except when I received the package, one of the colored outer cover that rotates was broken in the ends. I have pictures of them if you wanted to see. I installed them to see if they worked and it did. Just a slight color difference in one of the lights. I ordered the 8k blue headlights. Not a huge deal but it probably broke in the shipping. Other than that, everything else was fine.
What's in your website the picture and description is not what is recieved.

Got my lights in 3 days easy to install
Not a direct factory replacement. Extra wiring and mounting brackets supplied but not expected. The XenonPro box seal was already broken inside the shipping package so I can only guess that everything that should be there is there.

Avoid Kevin W on chat if you need actual help... Although he can't do simple math, he can copy and paste website information really well.
Even after I was provided the wrong size product selected through the Vehicle selector, I was still charged the restocking fee plus had to pay my own shipping to send it back. (your fault not mine)
In addition, I was double-charged a restocking fee of $15 x 2 for one set of lights and when I asked for help over chat to understand what happened - Kevin W - not only could'nt help, he couldn't do math either after explaining what I paid vs what was refunded. He used terms such as "Bla Bla Bla... Clear as Day" and addressed me in ways like "Lisen. Here's what we see bla bla bla BS BS BS..." Somehow it's my Visa or bank's fault in the end according to them? Maybe? But I doubt it. I just wanted help in understanding what they did. Brutal customer service guys. Try sending an invoice with orders first so we can chalenge things.
I'm actually not even fussed over the $30 + Shipping fees even though it worked out to almost 50% of the total cost for nothing... I really wanted to know what the deal was but I have no time for poor customer service. Lots of other companies to buy from for my Trucks, Snowmobiles and ATV's.

Easy as usual. My LED Lights for my SS and Acadia are very effective. A significant improvement over the factory originals.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the connectors were wrong. I emailed support who told me to go to the website during business hours and work with someone on chat. I chatted with Dale P. I explained my problem. He asked me why I didn't use the vehicle selector when I ordered my product. I told Dale that I did use the selector and he insisted that I did not. I further explained that I know for a fact that I started my shopping experience by telling the system what car I have. I would have no idea on what to order without doing so. Dale pretty much called me a Liar, that he was looking at my order. We went back and forth and I full conceded that something went wrong and that possibly somehow my car selection got dissociated from my order. I have no idea how, but what I ordered was what was presented to me when I went through the website process. He finally did the return process, but continued to insist that I was at fault. It's just poor customer service, he really needs training.
I have heard good things about these bulb and thought I would try them. The shopping experience was vary good and do recommend these bulbs.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
