Website is very easy to use. Customer service is top notch. If you need assistance with anything, a rep answers immediately and will walk you through the install. The HID low beams that I installed are awesome! So much better than the stock halogen lights.

Easy to navigate
Ordered HID kit for 2016 Ford Fusion. Fist day after install driver front headlight out on the way home in the dark.The following morning of both quit working. Guy told me after I wrote about the one headlight out to switch headlight to the other side. But I have to remove the whole bumper to take out the headlights. I was done with it after that. My opinion a cheaper kit prob would have done just what this did if not better. You also loose money shipping the product back. So it's deff not worth the headache. At least for me I will not buy again. Good Luck!

Good site. Did lose the operator but called and Mike confirmed I had selected the correct bulbs. Bulbs are now installed and work great.

Had trouble focusing one bulb, not sure if OEM fixture or bulb the problem. Light pattern still needs something but ok.

Well organized with clear concise information on the website. Unfortunately I had to return the headlights because the model car I have Mazda CX7 Grand Touring had HID headlamps that you can not replace. The owners manual was not specific and I learned this after I went to replace the headlamps and the bulb cover said "danger Xenon-Fusion headlamps, only authorized service provider can replace". This warning is not in the manual or on the Mazda website. XENONPRO gave me a full refund even though this was my mistake.
I have had them installed for 5 days and one stopped working and the other shuts off all the time
I paid for the two day shipping but did not receive for a week. I received no shipping information about my order (it was ready for shipment, shipped, or tracking info). When I emailed about the issue the only response I got was I needed to call to get information.
