Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions. Bulbs were packaged so well that no mishandling in transit would have damaged them. Arrived ahead of schedule. Installation was a breeze. Will absolutely be back for the rest of my vehicles lighting needs.

Everything went smooth and found exactly what I needed.

I bought lights a few years back and bought high beams instead of the low and I just now figured it out

Website offered an additional 5% on current order but did not apply it. When I contacted customer service the rep insisted that it was on future orders even though that's not what was offered. In addition, when the product arrived one of the boxes was crushed and mangled a second box was torn open on one side and the third was okay. Not a good look on a product that cost $165 per set.

Ordered LED's for a 2004 Ford F250 -- website stated they would fit this vehicle. They did not fit; chatted with representative who advised I could make them fit if I cut the original equipment retaining rings, then hold them in place with tape or a zip tie. Not what I expected so I am returning the LED's

BUT, order sent out without reading my many notes, difficult to communicate with support, some times arrogant service representatives, had to pay return freight eaven it was xenonpro who did not read notes, also had to pay restocking fee. Product technology on hi low beam probably not the best after i did some recearch on the web!?

The delivery time took about a week however when I tracked it I did notice it was picked up for delivery the day after purchase. I have one light that is a slightly different color than the other one. I contacted the live chat and was told to contact them on Thursday because of the Christmas holidays.
