The phone service is frustrating to say the least...but the kit is def worth the money!
Absolutely ridiuclous that I had to order a brand new HID kit, just so I could get someone from this company to actually contact me. I've waited over a month now for a single replacement bulb. I have now become so annoyed by the lack of customer service that I have ordered a brand new kit, JUST SO I CAN HAVE 2 FUNCTIONAL FOG LIGHTS!
Edit: After ordering a BRAND NEW KIT, I received it yesterday. TO my surprise, actually, not really my surprise, the ballast for the RIGHT side was toast out of the box. Lucky for me, I had a spare kit from my previous kit. Wow.
I will certainly NEVER order from you guys again. HANDS DOWN the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Got exactly what I ordered, worked perfectly the first time, although I had to merge 3 conflicting sets of instructions that came in the box. Did make a customer service technical inquiry after installation but never heard back.
The lights are very bright and work perfectly. The installation directions could be a little more detailed, but overall adequate to perform installation. My headlight kit installed perfect. The fog light kit however did not. After an hour or so and with a tester, I discovered the plug coming out of the bulb had the poles reversed from the factory. After I removed the plug and reversed the plug it worked perfect. Overall I was satisfied, but there could be better quality control.
The installation was easy. I had no problems with the product.
This HID light is not good for my car
I have problem With 55 watts the light close when I start my car the light close.

My order was placed and sent to me correctly and in a very quick timely manner. I had a capacitor that didn't work, contacted customer service and they sent me two brand new ones in the mail, which were delivered fast I might add. I will order through you guys again. My only negative is customer service. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone about issues regarding your order or anything else. Other than that I give them a solid 4 stars.

After I installed the HID kit, 3 days later, low beam lights no longer worked.
The only problem that I had was customer service did not call back within 1 hour. It usually took about 3 to 4 hours for a response. Other than that everything is good.
Quick, easy, and very helpful with any question about make and model of vehicles. Instructions could be more detailed to specific vehicles.
