So far so good the service was very good. I have now received the product, installed it, and I am extremely satisfied. I will purchase more of the same product from this company since I have more vehicles. I would recommend the product and the company to others looking to purchase HID headlights.
Shipping times were over exagerrated 3-5 days? My order took 11 days to receive and I paid the extra fee for shipping. Plus your ballasts are not universal as I ordered two extra to use in my BiXenon H4 kit not purchased through XenonPro and discovered your ballasts require the relay kit or seperate controller. I will have to purchase relay kit with local dealer because I cannot wait another 11 plus days for product to be delivered. Overall not satisfied.

Online chat is helpful and ordering was great. However after I ordered and received my confirmation email someone called me to confirm my address who could barely speak English and when I called him back with the number he left it was impossible to get thru. Everything was great till some knucklehead called me.

They work great on the auto setting in my 2014 explorer sport.9005 were really easy to install, H11 were really really snug and hArd to get in! They work and look great! Thanks
