Terrible customer service and products
November 9, 2021

I ordered a set of LED headlight bulbs. Within 6 months, the fans already started to burn out and make a high pitch noise I could hear over my engine. I have been trying to contact their customer service for over a month to use their "lifetime warranty" however, I get ignored and at more a auto reply email. Stay away from this company!

I bought a Xenon HID by accident ( wrong model not fit to my vehicles). I want to return the items because of it. I have communication by email with this company since a week after I received but they did not any action from them, until today. The item never been used.
Do not buy anything from them, even an address of the company is unknown also no phone number could we find of them

I bought some LED bulbs from xenonhids.com two years ago. The bulbs seemed good at the time, but I later realized that they were a very cheap design and way overpriced. Now, after only two years, one of the bulbs has failed. I contacted their customer service and they replied a few days later, saying that the replacement bulbs are out of stock and they'll send them when they're back in stock. However, when I replied asking for a refund instead, I never got a response. They seem like a really sketchy company and I'm just hoping I can get the issue resolved before they go out of business.

I place an order for HID high beams for my vehicle and they were quick to create a label and awaiting for pick up from USPS. Fast forward after a month the item is still awaiting for pick up. Contacted their customer service and it took 5 emails back and forth with them to find out the status of the item. They finally said that one of the parts is out of stock and I need to place another order. I asked to cancel my order and still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this company! Their shopper approve rating is fake you can't even leave a review to that website. This company is based in Castro Valley California where they are running their little online scam. Also, they only accept paypal as payment probably easier to hide their scam. I already filed a complaint to paypal cos I don't want to deal with them.

This has been the worst online ordering experience ever. We ordered 2 Kits to convert to led at 113.00 each. First of all they didn't send all the right equipment. Second, the lights did not work. Only on high beam and had my dash and tail lights blinking. Their response is slow it took them 5 days to respond and only sent a generic troubleshoot message. No reply on the return. I had to escalate to paypal. Now it will take days before I get a refund.

I ordered a set of HID's (55W galaxy 6000k hid with mopar harness with anti-flicker and warning cancelers). I paid for the expedited shipping via USPS. It has been 6 business days since placing the order (they promised 2 for processing) and still no traction on my order. I emailed them (the promised 1 business day for someone to get back to me) and it has been 2 days since I emailed them and no response other than the automated response. I emailed them again and waited another business day and still nothing. I tried calling their phone number (during normal business hours) and the automated system says that the phone lines are closed (AT 1PM ON A BUISNESS DAY!). Since they want to F*** around then they're going to find out! I can't put a stop payment on my order because no one will answer my emails or phone calls; so I cancelled the card I used and got a new number per my banks representatives advice. YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AND I DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PRODUCT OR YOUR COMPANY! 56,000 great reviews my $#*!!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM OF A JOKE OF A COMPANY!

My order took a week to ship and then arrived as something completely different than what I ordered. I reached out for over a month and they finally agreed to send me an RMA after I threatened to reach out to my CC company. They also will not send a return label and said there is a "20% restocking fee".

I ordered two sets of hid kits 3/19/22 they charged my card and emailed me a order confirmation with a tracking # today 3/31/22 I haven't received the order they said 4-7 days, USPS tracking number shows the order was never shipped, I cant get a hold of anyone only get a computer generated response and that does not do anything no one ever contacts me I just filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Scammers stay away from these guys I think they're out of business just there to steal your money!

Ordered on Nov.7th finally delivered on Nov. 19th. After paying for 2 day expedited shipping. Quality of HID,s I'm not impressed cheap packaging, cheap looking. So to say the good reviews are surcumbspect. BEWARE

Horrible company with Chinese parts

They recommended the correct bulb fitment, then when they where wrong and bulbs didn't fit charged a 20% restocking and no return shipping. Cheap parts made in china poor policy bad advice. Definite do not buy from.

I got the lights they told me fit my bike. They did not fit at all. Called, they don't answer the phone. Emailed, they send back generic emails and just push you off. Horrible customer service and I know I will never see my $300 plus dollars again. It should be a simple fix as they screwed up but obviously they don't care and only want your money. I will warn anyone not to use this company. Piece of crap company! Zero stars!

Hurry up and wait

I did the usual search for HID's and xenonhids popped up first so, having some experience I decided to shop the since they were front and center.

Big mistake.
The order went through fine, I received the confirmation it was being processed but that was the end of my confidence in them.
Five days went by and no change in status, it was sitting at 'processing' so I reached out to them. Great, they responded and said they were contacting the sales dept. An additional four days later and I now want a refund. They'll check with the sales dept, again.
Four days later I receive an email stating they were shipped. Finally!
Five days later it's still sitting at 'shipping label received' so it's a bait and switch. When I complained they said they can't do anything about it as it's shipped. BS. I did reach out to my bank and was preparing to do a charge back when they finally shipped and this was after checking the status every day.

Stay away from these clowns. They suck at customer service, order fulfillment and communication.

Zero customer service, incorrect items

Tl,dr: Parts were incorrect, customer service is non-existent, they charged me nearly $100 to return the items, and two weeks later I still don't have my money back. What a crock of crap.

This site is straight up lying. First off, they say "free shipping on all orders". So then what was the $9 charge for shipping and handling? That's a small gripe, though. Just dishonest.

I input my vehicle year, make, and model, to find the HIDs that fit my car, and then ordered them. When they showed up, it wasn't until everything was put together and my bumper taken apart before it became obvious these were not the correct harnesses and relays for my vehicle. The plugs didn't match my car at all.

So! I contacted their "customer service department" which is realistically just a computer, generating generic responses, for a refund. They tried to pressure me into exchanging rather than refunding, but I eventually got through to them that I was not interested, and wanted my money back.

They send you a barcode via email that you have to take to a USPS/UPS type store, they scan it, and charge you $35 to ship the product back to them. On top of that, there's a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee. That would make sense, if it wasn't their fault I was doing the return.

After biting that bullet and taking the $90 hit on my purchase, I shipped the kits back to them, and it's since been delivered to them, nearly two weeks have passed and I have not received any confirmation that I'll be getting my money back yet.

So, watch out. Go somewhere else if you want to upgrade your lighting system for your car.

We purchased these lights several years ago and loved them. Then one bulb went bad, filed claim and quickly got response and replacement bulb. Then the other side bulb went out and we filed our claim only to be told out of stock. Following up numerous times, since Feb 2021 "Will send out when stock is replenished" They currently have the bulbs IN STOCK -"trying to catch up on backorders"- "trying to accommodate orders" My thought is, well if you are selling them, why can't you send out my replacement. WTH does my bulb that has a LIFETIME warranty not matter? " They must not care about customer satisfaction "Take care of previous CUSTOMER " guess not and yes as of today 7-13-21 I still have no replacement bulb and went to another site and purchased new ones. I am at the point, I would rather pay for several $35.00 sets that last several years than to be told Lifetime warranty and have to beg for the replacement and pay triple.

Shady business practices

If you are in the market for a terrible product coupled with shady business practices and lies, look no further than xenonhids.com

I mistakenly ordered their product and immediately contacted them by email to cancel my order. They took two days to respond by email saying it was too late and the product was shipped. They did not answer their phone during this time.
I asked if I could just refuse delivery and return it that way, there was no answer from xenonhids.com. A month went by and no product ever showed up. My request for a tracking number was not answered.

I finally contacted Paypal and they facilitated a refund for me, finally.

This company is a scam, pure and simple. There are also YouTube videos showing how terrible the actual products are from people who received them.

Stay away.

This company is horrible. I ordered LED bulbs and they stopped working. I made a claim based on lifetime warranty. Paid $20 to ship them back. That was 6 months ago and have not heard anything back. It is impossible to get a hold of a human. All email is automatic response. Never answer the phone. The chat is useless. Please, please do not buy from this "company".
