Get it Right the First Time or Don't Try at All

The site seemed simple enough, enter your car specs they pull up the lights that apply to your car with options. I see 4 types H11, H7, H3, and H1 bulbs, I figured that's just the strength/quality so I go for an H11 because it was listed for my car, get the works to go along with it and order it for my car (2015 Kia Optima LX.) It arrives in a reasonable time, I bring it to my mechanic to install since it had the battery ballast and lo and behold the lights are the wrong one, I need an H7. I can put that on me, I should've gone through a little more research, but why even list it. I proceed to go through and exchange it for the same specs just the H7 version, oh boy and it begins. They take a week and a half to see if I am "cleared" for an exchange, cool I'm cleared, they give me my RMA and tell me to mail it back with the sheet inside. There will be a $15 exchange fee since it was technically my fault, but that's not all, they don't give me a return label so that is $12 to ship from UPS. So right there almost $30 for this, but who's counting, at least it'll be quick right? The package is confirmed through UPS and arrived on a Thursday morning, no word from them so I talk to customer service on the following Tuesday, they say the can take up to 5 days to process it, great. I see it is checked in on that Wednesday and they request a number to call and confirm the exchange, I provide said information in the same day. One week passes, nothing. I talk to customer service once again, to which they say they have called, yet I have no record of them calling, so they apologize take down my number again and now include preferred contact time, 10am-2pm everyday. Well would you look at that they call me the next day at 7am and say "Please let me know if you have a preferred time to be reached at as we have not been able to get in touch!," well I already gave it to them, but I'll humor them. Another week passes they call me on Monday to get my credit card information of course and then ship out my exchange. What an ordeal, but at least it'll be over. But wait there's more. My product gets to my house, with only the lights and none of the specs I ordered with it, which is about $40 missing. So from my initial order June 10th, 2017, to the "official" start of my exchange June 23,2017 and now it is August 3 2017, they not only took over a month to sort themselves out, but they got it wrong. The only reason to order here is if you're 1000% sure that you have everything correct, if there is any doubt in your mind that you may have to return it, go somewhere else, this has been a terrible experience.
