We had a requirement of mobile app for our fleet managementWe were trying to find out a good company for this. In the course of searching I came across Xantatech. In my initial communication with Xantatech, I feel that they are charging more comparing few companies where I was discussing too. But in the course of discussion I envisaged a X factor in them. With god grace it was my one of the good decision.

I given my e-commerce development from Xantatech team, even I'm not in any contract but they are supporting us without any additional fee or charges... It has been one year over, but I'm still an important customer fir them and respond on my problems quickly...

Could not understand the job. Lied about completion. Never delivered. No chance of completing the project.

The worst and unprofessional company I have ever seen. As soon as real customer put bad reviews for them, they open fake account with American name a put good reviews for themselves.

Hired them for a website I wanted built, they did not follow half of what I wanted, and when I asked them to fix things they wanted to charge me more money to correct their mistakes. The dev team was totally unresponsive and I had to hound them for the simplest updates on things.

Their sales staff promised things and then just made excuses when things were not done on time, which was all the time.

We contracted Xantatech to build a new website and a real-life online tutorial. We found their work to be creative and technically competent and their staff friendly, professional and flexible. We are happy to recommend them.

I'm From Xantatech. My name is Sam. You can see there is lots of reviews that say we are fraud and all that. We are not fraud. We are accepting payment through PayPal & You are all aware about the rules of PayPal. Few client want a lots of work only few $. So they are going to do these type of comments and all that.

I got a quote from them in 2014 to do a software development project. The rate they quoted included the software development as well as android/iphone ap. After first payment, they started work and for 1 year did not even complete 30% of the work.

The developers had no clue what I wanted and they kept doing things wrong.
I spent hours and days on Skype, emails, trying to explain things to them.
They then said they would be changing the developers, saying the old guys were given the boot and a top team was working on the project now.
Although the next milestone payment was not due, they asked for a payment to get the work started again. After much arguing, (mainly because they do not understand what the hell you are saying) I finally decided to pay. Work started but within a couple of weeks they were asking for another payment. The guy in charge Sam Jones (Sonu is his real name) who claims to be from the UK but speaks very poor English was requesting another payment of $500 because Deepavali was coming and they needed to pay the staff.
I did not pay, and things have stalled till now - April 2016>

In the midst of all this back and forth, he then said that they had quoted me wrongly and that the price quoted was too cheap to include the android/iphone app.
They would only provide the software and if i wanted the Android i would have to pay more. I said that i would not pay any more than what i was quoted.

Sam then 'threatened'' to pull the plug on the project if i do not make a further payment.
Since I had already accepted that this was a lost cause, his threats did not bother me and i told him to go ahead. He then changed his tune and tried to convince me that they had the best team working on it and that it was already 60% completed.

Anyway long story short, these are a bunch of cowboys.
Good Reviews are normally written by their own staff. I have seen Sam himself write good reviews. I also have him on Skype admitting that they have to write the reviews because sometimes ex staff resign and write bad reviews for them. Most of the names are fake.
They have fake Skype names as well. Most likely you are talking to the same person with various different Skype accounts.

My advise- Keep away form this company. Most of things advertised are fake. Work does not get done, and most importantly the price quoted will never be the final price.

I have all emails and Skype conversations stored if that would help you decide not to use them.>>

Never use this company. The worst sales representative that doesn't help. Sad for their technical team that doesn't know how bad is the sales team so can't fix to the real problem.

Awful experience, I do not recommend at all, terrible service
Took my money and then left me with nothing.
I used this company xantatech, to build a website for me integrated with ebay and amazon, also store shop design on ebay. The project started in February last year 2013 and should have taken 6-12 weeks.

In May my predicted go live date came and went and we didn't even seem close to having a finished product and there were lots of technical problems. I also found out I had to pay out more money to complete the website. It would take weeks/months to sort out one problem then another one would crop up. I had to constantly chase jobs and ended up doing most of them myself.

In October I still did not have a website and there was still problems. The whole project was a nightmare, I had to walk away after spending thousands of pounds and putting in months of work. I could no longer trust them to complete the job and I was going to have to pay them more money to continue and £150 a month for only 2 hours of support a month. I never saw a complete working website in the 10 months I dealt with them.

They promise to get you on page one of google, they dont keep to any of their promises.

I wish I had never heard of xantatech.

Xantatech! DO NOT trust any of their words. It is the most unprofessional company I ever worked with and they have absolutely no manner regards to client care. All the bad and negative reviews on internet about this company are true and right to the point. I read these reviews before starting a project with Xantatech. I did mention the reviews to the project managers called Sam and Charu and wanted to hear their version of the story. They assured me all are lies and promised that they will deliver the project right on time and if I am not happy they will pay me back. Sam told me that those who post the bad reviews changed the project requirements after completion. He told me, Sir why are you worried, you pay with Paypal and they guaranty to pay you if you are not happy.
I prepared a design- and specification document and sent them to Sam. Within 15 minutes they replied and assured me that this is what they do and they know exactly what I need. Documents that took days for me to produce and they studied them in 15 minutes!? Sam promised to develop the webpage in 2 weeks. He sent me an email saying Sir, it is done. Please release the second installment. It looked like a kid played and made this webpage. Nothing was right. We started the mail exchange for correction. Every time he sent me new email with same sentence: Sir, it is done. Please release the installment. I got so tired after 3 months. I asked to stop the project and wished cancel it. They obviously had no clue how to deal with clients. Sam used to send me crying Smilies or comments like what money or Sir, it is only few dollars extra. I was on the phone with the developers many times and start to act as their project manager. At the end I got fed up with these people and knew if I pay rest of the money, they would charge me for all the small corrections. I decided to cancel the project.
I DID NOT get the money back and had to stop the whole process as they constantly asked for the rest of the money before the assignment was completed. The whole project was faulty and when I asked them to correct these mistakes, Sam told me that it is not part of the project and I changed the requirements. That sounds familiar. He said exactly same thing about other people.
I strongly advise all of you, who consider hire Xantatech for any project, to avoid them and DO NOT TRUST any words and promises from these people. They are the most unreliable people I have been working with. Once you pay the first installment, they will ask for more before any job is done. If you pay the final installment, they will ask for more money for any correction.

I wanted to have website for my photograph display on the home page. As I represent a photography agency it was recommended that each photo should display on home page with a good resolutions. I also wanted that website should be able to open all platforms including mobile display with it's perfect resolution.
