Xantatech! DO NOT trust any of their words. It is the most unprofessional company I ever worked with and they have absolutely no manner regards to client care. All the bad and negative reviews on internet about this company are true and right to the point. I read these reviews before starting a project with Xantatech. I did mention the reviews to the project managers called Sam and Charu and wanted to hear their version of the story. They assured me all are lies and promised that they will deliver the project right on time and if I am not happy they will pay me back. Sam told me that those who post the bad reviews changed the project requirements after completion. He told me, Sir why are you worried, you pay with Paypal and they guaranty to pay you if you are not happy.
I prepared a design- and specification document and sent them to Sam. Within 15 minutes they replied and assured me that this is what they do and they know exactly what I need. Documents that took days for me to produce and they studied them in 15 minutes!? Sam promised to develop the webpage in 2 weeks. He sent me an email saying Sir, it is done. Please release the second installment. It looked like a kid played and made this webpage. Nothing was right. We started the mail exchange for correction. Every time he sent me new email with same sentence: Sir, it is done. Please release the installment. I got so tired after 3 months. I asked to stop the project and wished cancel it. They obviously had no clue how to deal with clients. Sam used to send me crying Smilies or comments like what money or Sir, it is only few dollars extra. I was on the phone with the developers many times and start to act as their project manager. At the end I got fed up with these people and knew if I pay rest of the money, they would charge me for all the small corrections. I decided to cancel the project.
I DID NOT get the money back and had to stop the whole process as they constantly asked for the rest of the money before the assignment was completed. The whole project was faulty and when I asked them to correct these mistakes, Sam told me that it is not part of the project and I changed the requirements. That sounds familiar. He said exactly same thing about other people.
I strongly advise all of you, who consider hire Xantatech for any project, to avoid them and DO NOT TRUST any words and promises from these people. They are the most unreliable people I have been working with. Once you pay the first installment, they will ask for more before any job is done. If you pay the final installment, they will ask for more money for any correction.
