I got a quote from them in 2014 to do a software development project. The rate they quoted included the software development as well as android/iphone ap. After first payment, they started work and for 1 year did not even complete 30% of the work.

The developers had no clue what I wanted and they kept doing things wrong.
I spent hours and days on Skype, emails, trying to explain things to them.
They then said they would be changing the developers, saying the old guys were given the boot and a top team was working on the project now.
Although the next milestone payment was not due, they asked for a payment to get the work started again. After much arguing, (mainly because they do not understand what the hell you are saying) I finally decided to pay. Work started but within a couple of weeks they were asking for another payment. The guy in charge Sam Jones (Sonu is his real name) who claims to be from the UK but speaks very poor English was requesting another payment of $500 because Deepavali was coming and they needed to pay the staff.
I did not pay, and things have stalled till now - April 2016>

In the midst of all this back and forth, he then said that they had quoted me wrongly and that the price quoted was too cheap to include the android/iphone app.
They would only provide the software and if i wanted the Android i would have to pay more. I said that i would not pay any more than what i was quoted.

Sam then 'threatened'' to pull the plug on the project if i do not make a further payment.
Since I had already accepted that this was a lost cause, his threats did not bother me and i told him to go ahead. He then changed his tune and tried to convince me that they had the best team working on it and that it was already 60% completed.

Anyway long story short, these are a bunch of cowboys.
Good Reviews are normally written by their own staff. I have seen Sam himself write good reviews. I also have him on Skype admitting that they have to write the reviews because sometimes ex staff resign and write bad reviews for them. Most of the names are fake.
They have fake Skype names as well. Most likely you are talking to the same person with various different Skype accounts.

My advise- Keep away form this company. Most of things advertised are fake. Work does not get done, and most importantly the price quoted will never be the final price.

I have all emails and Skype conversations stored if that would help you decide not to use them.>>
