Clothes arrived after 2 months nowhere on the website does it tell you its china. Terrible clothes, wrong sizes, XL was small, or medium. Cannot return as it will cost a fortune. The materuals are rubbish and nothing like the very fancy pictures. Loads of companies from china all under different names but all the same fancy identical pictures.

I ordered two products from this site and received a pair of pants that had a huge hole cut out of one of the front legs. Obviously damaged goods. I emailed the company several weeks ago about the receipt of them and have never received any response.
I understand they are a sample site and have no return policy, but sending out damaged goods with no ability to correct their bad shipment is a BAD policy.
DO NOT BUY from this site or expect to be ripped off. Very unhappy about my first experience and would never buy here again.
I received an invite to Zuilly. The clothes look interesting and different. I read the reviews which were mostly bad. Then I read the terms and conditions and thought this is a contract no one should ever sign on for.
Let me begin by saying I did not read any reviews prior to ordering. I wish I had for it is said that we learn as we age so I learned my lesson with Zuilly. The quality of all the clothing I received is very poor. Overpriced clothing that I fought was a bargain. I know I can get similar or better quality at Walmart. Second, the shipping takes very long... in fact too long. My overall recommendation is do not waste your hard earned money or time on this website. It is terribly misleading and you will be disappointed.
So i decided to buy my new winter boots and a new coat thru zulilys. I love love love my new boots and my coat! I'm really happy with my new winter look;-p Thanks again Zulilys!
Long, long wait for delivery of cheap stuff. Items are not well made and look cheap.

Pleas, Please do your self a favor and don't waste either you time or money. Pure crap. They are literally getting away with ripping people off day and night. I don't believe this should be allowed. Buy American.

Stay Away, if it looks like a rat it is a rat.
Stay away from this place! I have email after email stating they refunded my money. Even PayPal said they're liars!
It's just not worth the hassle!
Honest and up front on shipping dates. Products are always great quality and prices are good.
I love Zuilly's, but you better place the order fast! Also they have great customer service.
I will not give them any stars... ordered a dress 4 weeks in advance for an affair... received it 3 days before. I also ordered 2 jumpsuits... extra large... ( I wear sz 12) cheap and too small... had to give one away... don't know what to do with the other one. No returns sucks!
I believe all the positive reviews for Zuilly are from there marketing department. BEWARE! Just know that you cannot get refunds for your orders unless you cancel your order before it ships...
I ordered a very cute looking dress from this site after getting ads on FB.
5 weeks later when I was checking the shipment, it had not been shipped.
I contacted them and they said they were having issues with their vendor and that the dress was not available. I asked them if they intended to let me know, and was told that is was my responsibility to follow my order. Really? I suggest you pay attention to the ratings for them on this site. The stuff they offer may look good and it's tempting... but be aware of these reviews. Reminds me of Clint Eastwood when he says "Do you feel lucky?"..."Well do ya?"
Horrible! They forced you to register, then they put you into a loop and would not let you into the site! Can't I just look without all the pop ups and nonsense that prevented me from looking! Horrible waste of time!
I have ordered and have had a few issues but they were resolved. Now, delivery is faster and if I have to wait for a while, I usually find something else so it will come faster. Customer service representatives have always been good to be and seem to know what they are doing. A few years ago, there seemed to be a lot of inconsistencies about credit to the store, credit to your credit card, etc. Now it is up to the customer to know that you will be responsible for shipping back, and understand that credit will be zuilly store credit. I don't have any problems with established policies and procedures. There are a business like every one else. If you buy something at a great price (a lot cheaper) like I did in the past, you are likely to get a cheaper item. Read the reviews and what the item is made of. I have a full collection and many folks have taken pictures of my outfits, particularly tunics and shoes. I will continue to shop Zuilly.

If you need something right away, please do not order from this company. It has been so long since I placed my order that I forgot what I ordered. I will never order from this company again.
I love Zuilly. Everything I have ordered has been good quality. The bad thing is no returns and it takes forever for them to ship your order.
