This is the letter I got back from Zuilly after placing an order on Feb 23,2014.
This is the worst shopping site around.!

Thank you for contacting us about your order *******. I'm so sorry you've been waiting so long for these two blouses. I've looked up your account and discovered that the Yellow & Pink Floral Tunic & Mint & Red Floral Tunic were canceled because of an inventory issue related to the shipment from the vendor.

We're sorry that you weren't proactively notified of the cancellation. That was a miss on our part. Because this order didn't go as planned, we've added a $10.00 credit to your zulily account.

Your credit or debit card won't be charged. You may see an authorization of funds on your statement—it will be voided within 3-5 business days from the original order date.
